They were late with the truck. And they falsified the km and charge us over 400$. Never going to go again with this. Better service with discount and enterprise

Le concessionnaire es correct mais votre système de prise de possession es médiocre.votre système d'internet ne fonctionnent pas j'ai du attendre 2 heures avant de partir pour qu'un représentant su téléphone puisse régler la situation .non je recommande pas la compagnie et ce n'est pas la faute du concessionnaire

They did not have the appliance cart I ordered. This is a garage for general mechanics. Although the personnel was very courteous, they did not seem to understand the U-Haul computer system and had to call it the local rep. Renting U-Haul equipment is not their priority and it shows.

There was two tires and a car bearing full of grease in the trailer. Had to get them out and clean a lot of grease on the floor. Also was factured for two days of rental and had only used it one. Worst rental experience. Asked for a full refund and didnt get it. I will surely tell everyone i can to choose another rental company.
