Work on the customer service efforts and really trying to make sure the customers needs are meet before they leave. Also, having a horrible attitude is very displeasing when a customer has a long day of moving ahead of them. Having a positive attitude is very important and it that's something I did not get from you're worker during my process.

The location was excellent ,however I will not use Uhaul ever again . I reserved and payed online and when I went for pick-up ended having to cancel due to issues with a software update. We then redone everything as a walk-in order costing me to have to pull more cash out including a deposit making the previously spent online money unavailable for three to five days. Then my drop off point was 40 minutes away from my destination while there were 2 locations about twenty minutes away. If not for the bend over backwards customer service at pick-up I would have cancelled completely.

The customer service at this location was deplorable. Upon giving instruction on the rental procedures, Ann, talked to me and my uncle as if we were not able to afford the services and potential charges after return of the UHaul. She went on to imply that my license would be suspended and asked was I aware of the total and potential costs of the rental. She even went further and said, "You really need to budget because when you cant pay the total amount due then we will proceed with criminal actions against you". Had I not been in need of the UHaul services at the time, I would have cancelled my rental due to the poor customer service and being made to feel as though I couldn't afford the rental. Ann does not know my financial status and I am appalled with her behavior and discriminatory accusations.
