Was charged a cleaning free for a truck that was returned as clean as when i picked it up. And for the front counter to get away with it, she didn't even bother to inform me. Now i know why she insisted to have my receipt being emailed to me after a while when i am already out of there and on my way.

One of your attendance(black guy)upon my return he and a unknown (white guy with a small black dog) from my perspective attempted to run a scam on me. After the female attendance check my return vehicle back an was completing the return paper work the black guy came to her an states he wanted to check the vehicle back in. They had a few brief words about him help her out. He out of know where stated the van had been hit. I had the van approximately 3 hrs for a small pickup and returned. I rented in good faith and returned in good faith. What I notice on my visa a charge of two hundred dollars plus. My rental fee was less than $32. The two hundred dollar was brought to my attention by visa fraud company. The damage he alleged would be hard for a novice to notice doing the prior check. His attitude prior to the rental was rude and lack professional courtesy. I’m not willing to accept responsibility for an act that wasnt committed by me. His final words to me I cannt get in touch with my manager so your fee will be $31.00. Only to find out that amount nine times the end cost.

By recommending this location, I would make sure that they know there will be a 25 dollar cleaning fee, if you mark it needs to be cleaned, even though the people before you used it and said it didn't need to be cleaned, and when you mark that it needs to be cleaned, they charge you 25 dollars, even though you didn't even dirty it a little bit. The Truck exterior was filthy, and inside was not swept, and the windows to see out the back were dirty that as soon as the sun touched them, you can't see.

I reserved this location a month in advance to be the pick-up point for my trailer. The trailer was not there when I went to pick it up. Someone called 'Traffic' told me that my trailer was at another U-Haul site, but that she could not get it moved to my site.

Customer service needs to be improved. Neither of the employees that I dealt with were inviting or welcoming in any way. They were confrontational from the start. This place was already out of my way and wasn't the place that I chose as my rental destination. I will not be going there for any future rentals. I will probably go to budget or maybe even penske.

I went to the U-Haul located at 5220 S Jones Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89118 and used my free storage rental certificate and to drop off the RV I had rented in Jackson MS. and was told that I had not incurred any additional fees and that I could return later that night to unload the RV, hence I was given a 24 hour pass card for after hours access. After further talking I was also told that I can return first thing in the morning and return the RV. After which I did, I returned first thing in the morning, right after 7a. After I unloaded the RV I was then informed that three (3), emergency rentals was taken in, and that there is no longer any room for my rental. So the U-Haul clerks found a nearby U-Haul facility on Buffalo Blvd. The took possession of the RV and told me I owed a late fee of $29.99. I clearly attempted to return the RV before the rental expiration time on the 08 of August 2017. I only returned the RV the next because a U-Haul Representative told me I could without penalty. I feel I was treated unfairly in a unfair manner. And I should not only not be charge an extra day fee or a late rental return fee, but be compensated for the run around going to and from three different U-Haul locations getting false information, burning up my expensive gas in my 2013 Chevy Equinox SUV. And, being treated like I was the one that had created this situation and being told I had no choice, but to pay the fee and that my Master Card-Debit Card was going to be charged regardless. I want compensation...
