If you want to get raked over the coals....come to this place. How to know if you're being scammed...1. Owner gets defensive when asked about charges. (says he doesn't need more business. Big sign that you do. If you had a great business, you wouldn't sweat returning a few bucks to a good customer. 2. Owner laughs and infers that you are trying to scam. (ironic isn't it) 3. Owner brags about how much they make by spewing out some big number. (funny because an educated person knows how to value a business. this guy is making very little after taxes) Anyways, I was charged for a cleaning fee and gas charges. Providing pictures of the truck and a gas receipt were not enough for this place to do what's right. It's a pretty typical business plan here in Las Vegas. Burn as many bridges as you can. Who cares? There will be another customer to mess over tomorrow. The scariest fact of all, is if you take total sales in relation to over charges.....we are looking at 10's of 1000's of dollars being taken from good folks and a serious case for felonious behavior. Of course, they are banking on the fact that there is little chance of class action suit, because most people won't waste their time of 10 or 20 dollars. Lucky for me, I have time on my hands. This message will be sent out to my over 20,000 business contacts and across all my social media platforms. (should reach about 100,000 local residents. In addition, every business owner in the area will be advised of their practices as well as many of the local residents in the area. Even if I'm the only one that listens to my advice, they will be losing way more than if they just did the right thing and refunded false charges. Nice little racket they have here. This is only the second bad review I've written in 5 years. Not sure how these folks sleep at night, knowing they are taking money from hard working people. Sad really. It will come back to them two fold, and from the short interaction with these folks, it seems it already has. I truly feel sorry for these folks.

This place was horrible. I would never rent from hem again. They over charged me and said I didn’t have the truck back in time. But also that the person that helped me should have given me the truck for 24 hours. Your people need to be better trained and the authorized dealers should not be over charging. I have been a U-Haul customer for 30 years it’s the only trucks I use. And this has never happened before. But it’s making me think maybe I should use another company next time if U-Haul dealers can’t be honest. I am very upset over this experience

Absolutely amazing! I had to change my pick up time to compensate for my friends schedule and BRANDON WILSON made it so easy I was worried I was forgetting something. Too easy! Incredible! Keep it up and give BRANDON WILSON some kudos! - Bryce Truck worked amazing and everything was clean. Damage was shown to me and I was walked through everything to assure everything was kosher. Great customer service! Come here if you need a uhaul! My mother has had worse experiences at other places but this was just easy and quick! He also sorted me out when I returned in like 40 seconds!

The guy that helped me did tell me to check the fuel gauge before I left. I got in and did not check it until I was out on the street driving. I noticed that it was a quarter tank less than it said on the contract. I immediately called the store and told them what happened. I told them I could come back or text them a picture of the fuel so they could see. The guy tells me that there is no way to change it now that I had left the lot. I had been gone for less than 5 minutes. I asked him if he thought the fuel could have gone down by a quarter tank in 5 minutes. He said it could have. I hung up at that point as I felt I was dealing with a dishonest person. Overall the mistake was mine, it cost me $25.00 but mainly I just had a bad experience because it felt like the person did not even consider my side of the issue.

I reserved a bigger truck and a bigger storage and when I picked up the truck it was smaller than what I reserved and then the customer service line I reserved my storage unit threw reserved a unit for me that was unavailable and I had to move all of my belongings into 3 5x5 units. My belongings did not fit into all of the units and I’m now paying more for the 3 units than I would for 1 big unit. I’m very upset.
