Very difficult to get the key if using after hours pickup. It took me 2hours To get the key and I lost money paying 5 movers for Two hours each person. Bad business!!
The interior of the truck was absolutely disgusting. There was spilled drink residue in every cup holder, storage space and dash. Personal item from the previous renter was in the cup holder. The windshield was so covered in bugs that I had to stop immediately upon pickup to clean it. Vehicle also was displaying intermittent ABS and traction control alerts.
Get new employees at this location 3925 s buffalo the employees were unbelievably rude and I felt Threaten by one of the employee he was Swearing at me while he was smoking front of my face almost had to call the police

Fast and friendly staff.
The contactless did not turn out that way which was a bummer. Contacts should be gathered and verified in advance. Because it was at check in, it caused a delay and required me to go inside.
I was unaware of the lockbox until calling another uhaul location. This held up my move by an hour. Also, the truck had terrible alignment and was difficult to put in gear after reverse.
The ford van was one of the best I've driven. Customer service was great.
Trailer had a good amount of dirt in it. I did have to sweep it out before use. Other than that, everything was perfect. Employees very helpful.
This was the worst moving rental experience I have ever had. I showed up for my reservation on time at 9:30am and was told the truck wasn't in yet. I waited until 4pm. I waited 7 hours and was told several times that that they were on there way With the truck. Extremely frustrating because it caused me to push back my very time sensitive move and forced me to reschedule several appointments. Unbelievable and unacceptable that my reservation was confirmed and then there was no truck. On top of that they wouldn't let me use the bathroom and I had to walk to another business to use a restroom. They also didn't have all the packing blankets I ordered and I had to get more from another location. I was given a discount on the reservation but I don't think that it made up for the unprofessional experience.

This was a good experience with no hitches (pun) and the company was very attentive to giving us a location for the 15 foot truck since our original choice did not have one. However, they changed the location from the second one they gave us the day of pickup saying that size truck was not available after all at that one due to a late return. We liked Buffalo Storage and found them helpful and professional, excellent actually. However the second one they had assigned us to called saying he was waiting for us with the truck (it was totally available, there was no late return and they had not informed him they had reassigned us). So someone was confused at the corporate company although it worked out fine for us. In retrospect I would call the assigned place the DAY of pickup even though they say not to just to make sure everything is set up and check any changes with the old location and the new location.
Keep making me happy.
2nd time I have used the location. Always very helpful. I will use again.

Provide a more accurate service. I paid for a furniture dolly i was never provided causing me to take longer than needed to move my stuff and damage some of my stuff. I called the location and asked if the furniture dolly would be in truck when i picked up they said yes so i proceeded with my rental online and turns out they never even had furniture dollies in this location. I put down i didnt agree with charges when dropping off truck said id hear from someone from uhual within 48 hours which i never did.
I couldn't pick up the keys earlier than opening, using my phone, because your system couldn't find my location. Tried several times, finally called and,after a 20 minute wait, was told it was their system and not my phone, then got put back in the queue and after 30 minutes, was disconnected. Had movers there paying them $125 per hour. Didn't get the truck until 10:00, so it cost me $250 just to wait because your system didn't work. A lot of good it did me to pay ahead and schedule to pick up the truck at 8:00! But once the store opened, Manuel helped me get on the road asap.
Excellent, The vehicle was clean and ready for my use, I couldn't asking for any better. I would highly recommend.
It's all about customer service right? The guy on the store had the worse attitude. Not all of us are used to an app to rent uhauls. I don't know how to check in the proper way or turn it truck using the app. I don't know I was gonna need pictures. I dropped the key before I took the pics. And I went back in. He got upset because I needed the key out of the drop box. I was holding the door for him. While he was getting the key out for me. He told me to â€œshut the doorâ€ I apologized for the inconvenience. But having an attitude for customers it's not a way to recommend a place.
