Due to coronivirus the facility had impedimenta to interacting with customers. Even though my reservation was complete and confirmed online, the attendant insisted that I provide drivers license at door. It was an inconvenience for me and the attendant eventually found the information in reservation.

The office reeked of tobacco smoke and was unpleasant. Whether or not smoking occurs inside the building, the smell was overwhelming. The last who helped me could use better customer service skills and not be so abrupt.

Have more people ready in advance. I had everything done on line, but yet still had to stand and wait 20 minutes for 2 people ahead of me being helped by 2 customer service personnel while mine took less than 1 minute.

I had two reservations because I got a deal if I returned a 26' truck 30 miles away. I called the location to cancel the first reservation, she cancelled BOTH. I arrived Sunday 3/1, with no 26' truck in Las Vegas. My house had closed, plus 50 other things in place due to the timing of the move. That person should be fired, how can you have that sort of incompetence? I got a truck after 5 calls to traffic. When I made the reservation, I was told if they didn't have a truck, someone in Vegas would, not so. How do you run an operation like that. Plus no discount for that mistake that was clearly U-Haul.

You made us 3 hours late for our trip by moving our pickup location and pickup time. You even made us wait when we got there on time. The tire straps had big globs of black grease on them. No one ever texted me the dropoff location like they said. When I was waiting in line, the same scheduling issue happened to the waiting in front of me. It also would have been helpful for someone to explain to me where to park with my RV/trailer. I had to park at an office complex next door since I didn't know what the property was like for long vehicles. It's amazing you guys get anything done with such poor communication and logistics.

Online vehicle returns and check-in continued to fail, and would not accept required photos and crashed on every attempt to use service. I had to contact customer support to prove that the Uhaul website crashed so that I wouldn't be charged the return's convenience fee. Please fix very annoying.
