When I picked up the vehicle my paperwork indicated the gas gauge was on 5/8. When I actually got into the vehicle the gauge was on 3/8! I went back inside and told the clerk but she didn't make any correction only said I would receive credit for putting in extra. I drove 8 miles while using the truck and put $10 of gasoline in before returning so the gauge was on the same mark as when I picked it up. I was then charged another $10 for not filling it to the marking on the incorrect paperwork! Why would I put in extra gas someone else should have put in? I called and spoke to the manager after receiving the receipt for the extra charge and he said I would get a refund but my credit card was still charged for the full amount! I wouldn't recommend/use this location again! Total rip-off, lying cheats!

Horrible worst experience ever. Been cheated to pay for and waste my time! Nobody responds to my email, my call and no response in live chat either. I will make sure i report this payment as a dispute to my bank!

Dropped off tow dolly 2 days before it was due to be returned and the truck the night before it was to be returned with the same level of gas as when I received it. Received a bill the next day by email showing an extra day for both the dolly and trailer and a charge for gas. Also an unexplained charge for 'Coverage'. Only thing I should have been charged for was going 10.7 miles over the allowed amount. Contacted Customer service and was on hold for 6 minutes before some one picked up and hung up without speaking. Called back and again on hold for 6 minutes then hung up on in the middle of the conversation. Called back again and this person was able to submit a dispute to management for me regarding these bogus charges.

When I arrived for my “expedited” pickup, the nationwide system was down. While it took nearly 45 minutes to complete, they did get it done despite not having local capability to write a contract. Was compensated by only minimum charge for local rental day and insurance, no mileage charges.

I had a lot of issues dropping this truck off after hours. The creation of my online account was difficult at best, which I didn't need after driving across country. It kept not recognizing my name/email address which was beyond frustrating.

Rental and insurance rates are great but .69 cents a mile is outrageous. Add that to the rental rate and you can rent a van for less from car agencies.

Horrible service. Desk persons was rude and unhelpful. Then received a truck that was in terrible condition, loose steering, sputtering engine. Then when I returned the vehicle I accidentally forgot my broom in back of truck, so the manager hit me with a $25 cleaning charge for removing the broom. Ironic. Forgetting a cleaning device and then getting charged a cleaning fee. I would never recommend this location.

While I was there checking out my truck, there were issues with a customer calling repeatedly because of a fee charge on their account for leaving the truck dirty. The representative was calm with that customer but then got short when the customer tried to argue about the fee. The representative then would hang up on the customer every time they called (which was about 5 times in a 2 minute period). After the final one, he told the customer very short and brief that the fee is there because they didn't clean the truck and to stop calling because its not going to change, and then hung up. He apologized to the inconvenience to me both when I checked out the truck and checked the truck back in. He was very friendly with me and was helpful.
