Customer service at the location was terrible. Customer service over the phone was wonderful. The truck was not maintained...it burned way to much gas I spent almost 800 between rental and gas to get to califonia

The trailer had a moldy smell
Sherie was very pleasant and kind. The shop was opened 15 min late however... The truck had previous damage and was not cleaned prior to me renting in. The office reaked of cigarettes something awful! But it all worked in a pinch. My appreciation to you.

The lady who runs this location is fantastic. I have been renting from here for years!!! Always tries to get me exactly what I need!!!
The driver's side mirror (lower half ) was broken and the sticker for a parking violation was still there. Those need to be fixed before renting the van out again.
I was guaranteed a truck at 8 am on Saturday but the truck I was supposed to get wasn't available, so I had to wait till 930 and the location was a alot further away then the one I had originally reserved a truck at, so I wasn't able to get started on moving until nearly noon.
make sure the air conditioning works in the office and have the office free from the smell of cigarette smoke.
