Other then nobody would help the guy that was helping me took over 20 minutes to get checked out an then checking back in was even worse nobody would help him had to call another guy that was his day off while the other 2 guys played on there phones but the truck was good an on there breaks they probably should not smoke weed very strong odor on them

It was 12 degrees and 7:20 am when we arrived for a 7:30 pickup. The automatic door apparently wasnt working because it was cold. The rep behind the counter had a clear line of site to where we were standing and never bothered to come open the door or tell us to push the door. I then called the location and he looked over as soon as the phone rang but didnt pick up. Finally another employee told us just to shove the door open. The rental process was fine, the equipment was fine and the associate was fine once we got in there but he should have been more proactive in seeing that someone was out there and helping

The driver side door looked like it was pulled open on the top. They didnt do a walk around. I returned it with the same fule level but they charged me gas and lied saying it was returned with less gas.

The only reason I rated it 4 and not 5 is that the van had less than 1/2 a tank of gas. Not a big issue just would’ve been nice to not have to worry about running out.

The staff is slow and arrogant. They make it clear that they are doing you a favor. I waited for just over 7 minutes while one young man sat in the cab of my returned truck and, "Checked the gas level."

I reserved a truck and appliance dolly. I stopped st the location to let them know I would be picking it up later in the day, but fouled have it back at the original due back time. So I had two conversations with this location. When I went to pick up the equipment, the appliance dolly was NOT available. The only thing I needed the truck for was to move s refrigerator 3 miles. This inconvenience meant I had to take the next morning off work, which cost me $150.00 in wages. Very poor customer service and business practice.

The ratchets on the front of the trailer did not work . It would be great if you had more than one person in the store at opening. I was fifth in line.

Have more employees working. I waited in line for more than half an hour and there weren't very many people in front of me. The two employees who were working (one at the register and one outside) were very friendly and were working as fast as they could. There should have been more than one register open.

The man who installed my tow dolly was a very pleasant and capable young man. He has outstanding people skills which I believe will translate to outstanding leadership skills. I hope that he is given opportunities to advance. The other gentleman with a very memorable beard and handlebars was also very pleasant and helpful. A great experience overall. Thanks

This was the most horrible experience I've ever had. I rented a 15 ft truck for a long term job. I have 4 days left on the job. Last night at 10pm I picked up my husband and 6 year old autistic son and we stop at the convenience store. Out of the blue a man from uhaul comes beating on my window scaring me and my son half to death. He states I dontnhave a rental contract and that the truck is reported stolen. This truck was rented on a business credit card and I was told I would be billed upon return. He states I was supposed to pay daily and that they have collected no money and I need to get out of the truck now so he can take it back. He calls customer service and I speak to the customer service lady and she says I have until October 21 at noon. He then hangs up and tells me police are on the way and we need to get out. Needless to say this incredibly rude man leaves us 3 on the side of the road 15 miles from home with nothing. He wouldn't let me get my tools out of the truck or anything. Mind you thos is ALL ON VIDEO. Quality dairy stores record their parking lots and I have confimed that it is indeed all recorded last night. Now I have no tools, no truck and have breached a 30,000 asbestos abatement job if I cant be there tomorrow am. I have never been so angry in my life. This man shouldn't be allowed to manage anything.
