Please reference concern 2517720. The truck was the worst I've ever rented. Major exhaust leak at the engine end that made it sound like an old tractor going down the road. Lots of looks at stop lights. Exhaust tailpipe was damaged and bent up towards the box so much so that it melted a hole in the side skirt. Before taking it I pointed this out to the employees at the store and they completely blew it off and said that it has been in service that way for a while with no problems. I highly doubt the truck is even legal like this this let alone a fire hazard. I have pics of the melted skirt and the damaged exhaust. Anyone I showed the truck to could not believe it was rented out in the condition it was in.

Have a designated spot for reservations so that customers can get their equipment as a priority. It is supposed to "cut" your waittime in half but it doesnt seem like it does it you are still waiting 15 minutes in a line. If they did the work making sure that they had a reservation, then they should be able to just walk in and get faster service.

My service was excellent. The staff treated me great. If you could do anything I would say have cold water, hot cocoa or coffee for customers during the winter. It's very cold and sometimes the wait is a little long.

5x9 trailer was muddy outside with what looked like cow manure inside. Large gouge at the floor, unseen at the time of loading, damaged furniture. Otherwise people were friendly and nice. They accommodated a last minute change of equipment and allowed an early pick up.

First, need to say that in person the staff was friendly and seemed to be trying their best. The Check-in process took more than half an hour due to computer issues. Therefore, we needed to return the truck late due to starting late. I tried 3 times to call to inform that I would be a bit late back with the truck but there was never an answer. I was charged for two days when I only had the truck 9 hours. I felt scammed, so I cannot recommend this location.

Other then nobody would help the guy that was helping me took over 20 minutes to get checked out an then checking back in was even worse nobody would help him had to call another guy that was his day off while the other 2 guys played on there phones but the truck was good an on there breaks they probably should not smoke weed very strong odor on them

It was 12 degrees and 7:20 am when we arrived for a 7:30 pickup. The automatic door apparently wasnt working because it was cold. The rep behind the counter had a clear line of site to where we were standing and never bothered to come open the door or tell us to push the door. I then called the location and he looked over as soon as the phone rang but didnt pick up. Finally another employee told us just to shove the door open. The rental process was fine, the equipment was fine and the associate was fine once we got in there but he should have been more proactive in seeing that someone was out there and helping

The driver side door looked like it was pulled open on the top. They didnt do a walk around. I returned it with the same fule level but they charged me gas and lied saying it was returned with less gas.

The only reason I rated it 4 and not 5 is that the van had less than 1/2 a tank of gas. Not a big issue just would’ve been nice to not have to worry about running out.

The staff is slow and arrogant. They make it clear that they are doing you a favor. I waited for just over 7 minutes while one young man sat in the cab of my returned truck and, "Checked the gas level."
