I had originally only rented it for 24 hours and when I went to extend my rental on the app it said it wasn't available for rental pass that 24 hours but when I call the 1-800 number I was told it wasn't a problem at all and was able to do so. So my only recommendation would be to keep the records more updated between the call center and the app as far as rentals and extensions are concerned.
ALESHIA RAE M.I can't imagine a single thing that Scott, the owner of the franchise, could do better. When we needed a pickup truck at 1:00PM, the renter who had the truck extended for an hour. Scott worked patiently with me on the phone to resolve the matter. We rented a 15' box truck instead, and Scott gave us a break on the cost. He even pulled the truck out before I arrived and warmed it up! Who does that sort of thing anymore? He fully deserves the Top 100 plaques that adorn the walls! That's customer service. -T

And in the end the final cost was LOWER than estimated due to U-Haul lowest cost calculation. That never happens! I will absolutely go back for my next rental.
