I had a hard time finding the gas tank. I had to ask a gas station manager to help locate. I should have asked before. It would be good to mention to customers where the gas tank is located. Thank you.

The Customer Service was Great however, that's where the greatness stopped. The truck I recieved was dirty in the cab as well as the loading area. This location didn't have pads or dollies. The truck ran horribly and jerked when I shifted gears. It shouldn't be rented to customers again.

If you make reservations for a certain truck and someone haven't return it in time for you to pick up, the customer should get a discount. I'm just glad they had something for me to use eventhough it wasn't what I reserved. Next time off customer a discount.

I was charged for an extra rental day. I dropped my keys in the lockbox around 430 7/1/18 as instructed. I paid for a 4hr rental 1pm-5pm on 7/1/18 however, I was charged for using the vehicle today as well. If you check the surveillance video, you'll see the truck was dropped off 7/1/18

There should be more than one person working at that location. I was given a filthy uhal truck, the guy who was there by himself came and and apologize for the truck being Entirely full of mud! The back of the truck cabin, and inside as well. He immediately traded me into a new truck, but he gave me a ?? to another truck, and directed to to go across the street to locate the truck on my own. When I got into that truck, it immediately smelled like urine! I was at that point pressed for my scheduled appointment time, and didn’t have time to go bacon across the street to get the guy to inspect that truck as well, because I New he couldn’t leave the office because he was by himself. I had to put up with that horrible smell!. When I returned the truck within to hour instead of my 1pm to 5pm time, because I didn’t want to put anything else in that truck!. When I returned, I tried to explained, but he didn’t have time to take my concern, because he was dealing with other customer, and I just told him I would call the customer service, in a polite way. I feel like I paid $80 + dollars for nothing. I would like to request a reimbursement/ incentive for the inconvenience! Thank you. My name is Daphne Braggs. I can be reached at (312) 428-1331
