You changed my drop off location by texting me one time with a string of other texts and I never saw it. I drove 20 min south only to have them tell me that you randomly changed by drop off location. It was bullshit and made me drive an extra 40 miles because of your terrible communication.

Your pickup/drop off location questions should have the same questions so that you can compare the answers. Da Vals Automotive 1223 S Broad St Lansdale, PA 19446 this location was my best experience ever with Uhaul (have used them 5 times in my life but was considering other options based on online reviews). very glad i stuck with Uhaul because of this location. Friendly, professional, helpful -- the personnel there actually filled me with confidence, which is a great thing right before a big move. They're the reason I'll stay with uhaul in the future and will recommend them (certainly that location) from now on. BTW, the truck's AC was icy-cold, and that was a huge plus.
