Have safe equipment to use and knowledgeable people representing the UHaul brand. Tow dolly was severely damaged; operator did not want to switch out. Eventually had to cancel reservation and redo for another location. Significant rock chip in the windshield that operator did not want to note on paperwork.

Poor communications between the call center and the dealership. I made a reservation to pick up the truck at 10:30AM, called in to postpone my pick up till 2:30 to 3PM. When I arrived to the pick up location to pick up my car I was told my reservation was cancelled.

Wouldn’t listen when told we checked in online the day before paid already, which resulted in being charged twice. Rented a cargo trailer the right brake and tail light were out. They cancelled our reservation because we weren’t there right at 11am and had to pick up at different location than original reservation despite the reservation was checked in and paid for.

Worker advised me as long as the truck is returned by 5 pm the 2nd day it is within the time limit. It was a whole different story from the phone call I received advising the truck was late.

The online system does not work well. The problem is asking for two other people as verification. No one answers their phone when it comes from an unknown number. I gave up and used regular check in procedure.
