There are no clear instruction on where to drop off your keys. I walked around for about 15 min trying to find the key drop off. Where you park the van and where you have to drop off your keys are very far away.

Michael S.Uhaul changed my pick up location without notice. The login glitched multiple times. Customer service at this location was good, but extremely frustrated with uhaul.
Sara P.I told the manager that their were live roaches in the back of the truck. He immediately told me that he called the exterminator before and needs to again. I wasn't happy having those bugs in my personal things from my storage place, but I could not get the movers again to switch out the rental truck. But he would have trued to get me another truck for another day if needed. He seems like a good businessman. So really I didn't have a choice that day.
