Overcharged. I drove 15miles was told I owe for 1000 miles. Owner had to adjust the bill. I was still charged for 25 miles not 15. Employees needs to be trained properly.

Process to check out was long and overly burdensome. Picking up a reserved trailer with express checkout should not take 45 minutes, regardless of how many customers are in line. (3 in front of me) Checking in should not take 30 minutes. (1 person in front of me). Low hanging fruit mentality. A person should just be able to roll in, drop off a trailer and move on. Since your outside person was so slammed, he tried to charge me an extra day because it was after 9:00. Absolutely not since I was on time, but I shouldn't even have to have the conversation to not charge me for an extra day because it took you 32 minutes to check out two customers and check in one customer. I had to threaten dropping the trailer to get service.

Upon returning the equipment, there was not enough staff workers on checkout. They only had one staff worker on the outside lot (Gavin ?) who was bombarded with too many clients at same time & I was 2nd in line there and 3 people that came after me were helped before me. Understaffed & poorly run business in my opinion ..... no organization whatsoever !!!

gas gauge incorrect and dropped immediately after leaving. I drove 50 miles and put in 4.5 gallons and came up short upon the return and was charged an additional 7 gallons of fuel. I was told the truck got 8mpg which meant I should have only used no more than 7gal of fuel total. The gauge when I left the gas stations showed the amount I left with, but then dropped within the mile back to the Uhaul location by 1/8th tank. I was told that was equal to 7 gallons. Which means I paid for 11.5 gallons which calculates at just over 4mpg. I agreed to pay the office since to go get 4-5 gallons and pay $0.89 per mile to go get it was ridiculous. I rent similar trucks from the facility at least 2+ times per year picking up kitchen and bath cabinets from Fountain Valley for remodels in the area. I will continue to rent from this locations since they are quick and efficient but will be sure to overfill the fuel next time(s). FYI

The facility looks like a dingy, dirt junk yard. We arrived at night and there were no lights on, no big, lighted U-Haul sign.

They overcharged me for mileage. I was in a hurry to leave to get my friend to work and someone else had already taken the truck I was dropping off but they over charge me for 10 miles of use.

Equipment is good, employees are very efficient. However, only having one person working at the counter on a Saturday morning meant a wait of about 15-20 minutes.

There is no drop off of key after hours. This is so unconvinient! You have to bring key and vehicle next morning.You just need a smal hole in a wall! But the customer service is great.

I did not catch the gentleman's name but he was closing up 12/28 and was a life saver. I was sent here by another uhaul for a late drop off and he told me they were closed. He was more than helpful in showing me where I could park my truck and come back in the morning to return it without extra fees and not dealing with finding parking in my comples. I went from potentially extremely frustrated not being able to drop off at night to beyond thankful for this man's help. A thousand thank yous.

I inquired about the toll road charges. I was told it's fine to go through and be billed later by U-Haul. I called again later today and found out I am responsible to pay directly to the toll roads. I could have had a violation if I had not verified it again.

My reservation was for a pick up in San Juan Capistrano. We were not informed of the change of the pick up location until i was already at the San Juan location. My wife received a call informing her that the trailer was in LF. She thought the trailer was at the SJC location. When she questioned the change, the person hung up on her. Long wait at Lake Forest location. Terrible customer service.
