customer center was too small for 2 customer. looks like everyone was packed in. had to wait outside. no clear sign where to go once drive into lot. I was lucky, someone happen to come out and saw the car and ask if I was dropping car off.

However on loading my Mercedes on auto transporter was not recommended any anticipated care. .. ramp insufficiency clearance and subsequently allowed my front end to goug and scratch deeply. Only on my suggestion to stop and search for wood planks were we able to get the car loaded... 45 mins! Meanwhile on upgrading my 20ft to 26ft day before my auto transporter was forgotten. Overall wasted a lot of time after arriving to hook up fully loaded and 2 stressed cats waiting in cab. I was never informed beforehand to take extra care for clearance and will be filling claim floor damaged sustained. Extra training needed... Ok arrival to new home it also took me 45 minutes with planks 2x4 and blankets to unload WITHOUT a scratch !!!!

Turned truck in early on Monday. No where to park. Was very busy at location should’ve had more than one person working. He said he would mail me my turn in receipt. Did not receive it till the following day (Tuesday) after a rude man from the Olive location called me to ask why I haven’t turned in the truck. I informed him that it was turned in the previous day and he proceeded to argue with me then hung up.

It took an hour from my reservation time to get the truck due to a long line and only one person helping people. It seems understaffed and although the workers on 6/9 at 9am we’re all friendly and did their job great, I regretted choosing this location due to such a long wait time and the building itself is so dimly lit and doesn’t look like a place I would want to go to. During my drop off I experienced the worst salesperson, wasn’t able to get his name, but 6/10 at 9am was my drop off time and I approached the door expecting the location to be open. I searched for times on the windows and doors, no business hours to be found. The guy peaked his head out and said “we open at 9” and shut the door. I have worked in retail and sales before and I would NEVER speak to customers in that tone of voice. Luckily the person working outside was more than willing to help me and I was in and out of there before 9am! Not a location I would choose to rent from again.

I got the wrong trailer. Drove home and immediately came back. Since it was over 30 min (because I live 20 min away) he wouldn't cut a deal on price for the next trailer I needed. I didn't even use the first trailer at all. I've went here for over 3 years. I use them a lot. Brian has bad business practices and doesn't care about his customers. He only cares that they pay full price and doesn't look at customer history or loyalty to uhaul. I won't return to uhaul.

The Lake Forest location saved us. Our first choice location didn't have a trailer, so we were sent to a 2nd location. The 2nd location also didn't have what we needed and said that someone at the U-Haul corporate office "upgraded" us to a larger trailer! We did not want to pull a larger trailer across the country! The closest location that had our requested (and confirmed) size was Lake Forest. Took hours out of our day to get what we had been originally promised. In the future, if U-Haul corporate wants to "upgrade" someone, they should first ask if they want a larger size!

There is no where to park at this location. The check-out process takes too long on busy days. There should be an express option for trailer rentals.

Customer service was nonexistent and slow, making it difficult to complete the rental of a truck. It was not worth the hassle. The trucks lift gate was malfunctioning and difficult to operate correctly as it kept getting dislocated. The location also is trying to charge us an extra cleaning fee for twice the cost of the rental which we are not pleased with. It was not a good experience for beginning to end.

I got 15’ truck for moving my apartment to ne home. Before i get truk i remember i call uhaul leak forest in the repressive told me out vihical is good for vhical average about 1gln/9-10 mils. I rember i draw just 22 mile and the associate told me $45 for gas i had really bad experience over ther then i go myself to gas station i fule and i pay only $25.

Nothing at all... keep doing what you're doing, But you need to get rid of the rocks and dirt. Put Some Asphalt in Because that so much has to do with customer service and safety!!!
