Everything was so excellent that literally the only thing that they could have done better was to have more twenty dollar bills on hand, to give change (but, even that was just another opportunity to watch them scramble to accommodate me, as best they could, in the moment - which meant ultimately giving me 18 one dollar bills... a small price to pay for outstanding service (LOL).

Made a reservation to drop off Uhaul at another location, upon returning it was “Full” and could not return. Was on the phone with Uhaul for 30mins to find another drop off location. Drove to new location and dropped off the Uhaul. Got a call 4 days later saying I never dropped off the Uhaul. Overall worst experience and disorganization I’ve had with renting a truck.

The whole experience I had starting off when I made my reservation for a Car hauler at my local store in Westminster on11/9/19. I arrived at location no trailer there. Rep said didn’t they call you, you need to drive 23-miles from here to Fullerton that’s where your trailer is!! I did that and no trailer there... then my reservation voided and I’m told if you want it, you’re going to need to drive 30 more miles out of my way to the Lake Forest location if I still want the car hauler! So I do that and I’m told we are going to issue a reservation guarantee will give you a $50.00 credit. So the jerk employee at Lake Forest location not only tells me tough crap, but that they are going to charge my credit card basically Double the regular rate of $54.95 per day it’s going to be $109.00 per day plus tax...”you want it or not?” Of course I had to give them my card for $230+ charge to get the trailer. This was the absolute Worst Experience Ever... I’ve used Uhaul services for close to 20+ years now and I will NEVER EVER use them again and I would advise anyone I come into contact with to stay away from your Company. Again it was the Worst Customer Service experience I’ve ever had in my 55+ years. Not only did I make my Reservation 5-days in advance to avoid this situation, but I had to dive over 100-miles out of my way on a Saturday, then I had to waste almost 4-hours of precious time that completely ruined my plans and my schedule for the day. Not to mention the over $4.00 per gallon of gasoline that I burned up 1/2 tank full of gasoline driving around due to the total incompetence of Uhaul as a Company. Letter Grade: F ....for everyone involved with this transaction for sure. This how I feel after 2+ days to cool off and reflect. Contact me if want to....it was Horrible Experience completely

This was not my original pick up location. We had to go out of our way to get the trailer. And I was supposed to get an enclosed trailer but you only had a open trailer.

Problem was way out of way. But we liked the staff who were helpful. They helped us downsize the truck by 2 feet and were nice about it. I liked that I was able to purchase two lamp boxes there.

The trailer was great. It looked fairly new with great tires; and did a great job with no swaying. RJM Industries was also great to deal with. They were quick and very responsive; best U-Haul location I've been to over the years. I would rent from them again. My only suggestion would be for the trailer to have a tongue jack, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The after hours check in was not user friendly. I think it would be best to inform your customers of the extensive process so they aren’t standing in the dark trying to log in and answer questions. My camera would not allow me to take photos through the website so I had to have my friend let me use their phone. Then because the location was not on the phone we had to adjust the privacy settings so we could finish the checkout. Over all the after hour option is great just wish I had a warning and it wasn’t such a hassle.

The text message I received to verify the condition of the vehicle before leaving was not working. The pictures of the van did not load. When I showed the man who checked me out all he did was comment “hum”. I tried several times to access the pictures and they never loaded. You need to work on your system.

The people I hired to help moving the boxes into the truck that was scheduled in 9/1/19 never showed up and took payment from my credit card. They were on a list you had for help Never got called back from them. I am now working with credit card to get money back. Not good!

The front desk guy didn’t know what he was doing and not to friendly either. He had no idea how to do the after hours check in. I had to call another haul store to ask them how to do it. They should have a step by step after hours check in directions sheet.

The drop off location was far away, not convenient. However there was a space to park the truck and the area felt safe. We got excellent help calling the 800 number and how to get the procedure for dropping off after hours.
