At first after reading some of the previous reviews I was apprehensive about renting through here but I would have to say I am glad I didn't base my decision on that. I reserved the truck with ease over the phone. Next day I had to call to let them know I would be later than originally stated and they were very polite. I also checked in through the app. Only problem was it had several items listed I did not need but that was corrected by the young lady at the counter with no problem. Gas gauge was a little off but again,it was corrected immediately when brought to their attention prior to leaving. The employees I had contact with were very friendly and helpful, cost was reasonable for our needs. I would highly recommend this location and will use them in the future if needed.

Double charged my cards. Also a long wait, had to call personell to front desk with a walky talky laying at the front desk with note on it. Very dissatisfied.

I was not treated respectfully upon return of the truck. The signage is not adequate and I did not know exactly where to return the truck. I had to move the truck to a specific location before the worker would check me in - even though I had parked right in front of the store. There were two workers on duty and no other customers in the store. But I had to move the truck to a specific spot before they would deal with me. Not a good experience.

Horrible experience. Customer service during the check in was beyond poor. I have rented from this location at least four times previously. I don’t know what happened but the personnel has changed and they currently don’t want to work. It was sleeting outside so none of them wanted to get up from their seats in the warm building and answer questions for me about the truck. I was a very bad experience.

There is a lack of communication between staff, I was overcharged and misinformed by Kathleen the night that the reservation was made. Geneva needs a sensitive training class when it comes to paying customers. Ishmael was very forthcoming and helpful along with Rhonda. Mr. Stutts appeared to not want to work at all Saturday morning!

They need another person. They also need a list of common merchandise numbers on the desk. They shouldn't have to get up and write down the number for each tv box to sell them. But they are dedicated and polite. Good place.

We arranged for a trailer on line at the Kokomo, IN location but management was negligent in following through in providing such which forced us to go elsewhere. This was a big inconvenience and reflects poor communication skills. All other employees were helpful and gave good customer service.
