Robert R.Location was a bit challenging to talk to on phone (language barrier) to get rental details. Ended up calling 800 desk and got things cleared up. So not that they manage rentals, so not a real ding in the end. Truck was there as promised. I did catch a significant dent in rear that had not been flagged, they quickly marked it (photo uploaded after tagged) and off we went.
