Andrea was awesome!!! She was very helpful and knowledgable. She is an asset to your company. When I returned the vehicle, I had to knock on the door and the guy (Carlos?) barely stuck his head out long enough to tell me to turn the key in to the gas station attendant/cashier. And then he called 4 hours later to ask me if I returned it. However, because of my experience with Andrea, I will definitely use this location in the future.

The location (a Shell station)was great. The service by U-Haul the company was utterly deplorable. I made the reservation for the van 2 WEEKS in advance to have it available for pick-up at a much closer location. Not only could U-Haul not manage to provide that on the day of the rental, but only notified me of the change of pick-up location less than an hour before the scheduled pick-up time.

I had a confirmed reservation for two utility dollies and a 15' truck from DuPont. When we arrived, they had no dollies and the truck battery was dead. They sent us to Lacey (very inconvenient, but we did not have a choice) and they again had no dollies except appliance dollies. The woman assisting us had a massive amount of trouble processing the request on the computer. I was double charged for both reservations, and was told one was canceled. I asked for email confirmation of the cancelation and they told me they "don't do that." Despite all of the inconveniences caused by Uhaul, the best Uhaul offered was reducing the cost of appliance dollies (which we did not want) from $10 to $7. Would not recommend Uhaul to anyone.

They gave me a truck knowing there was an issue with the door. To get it down your employee pryed it down with a crow bar... I mentioned to the employee that the gas gauge was logged incorrectly.. even though I put gas in it & filled it to the mark I RECEIVED it at. I was still charged extra. I just want to let you know I returned the truck cleaner than I recieved... I am highly disappointed. My card is still on hold & I need to get this cleared up..
