My complaint is not woth the location itself but with UHaul and their website. We used the guaranteed reservation for an 8:30am pick up, however, we were informed the night before we were to pick up (2 days after placing the reservation) that the pick up location didn't offer the 24 hour pick up. We were able to talk to UHaul and get the $50 money back guarantee.
Shane LAfter hours don’t have a gate code side door locked and don’t have a drip box or any instruction to leave the keys no after hours system and unit had issues with battery called location and we’re no help forgot to load the dollys i ordered and got charged for told me to come back for them even though I get charged by mile
Miguel RDid good to. Check out and made use however the U-Haul had numerous things in to clean out as well as I was sent a ANOTHER fee that was not valid not made any sense being charged $198 for the $83 I calculated ( I actually overpaid and got money back) I am not a fan of being sent over charges of mistakes.
