Communicate better on about how to do the mobile check in. I called the day before and asked how to start the mobile check in and I was told they would send me a link but it wouldn't work until I pick up the truck. That was not the case. I had to download the uhaul app, log in and then I could go through the steps. This is after talking to the third person, all the while sitting in the parking lot next to the truck. Now the third person I talked to was very helpful. Just communicate better so it's not frustrating for the customer.

Very great customer service
Charles G#1) The original facility (rental drop off location) on our contract turned out to be non-existent, and it was up to ME to find this out as I didn't trust the process, and only found out by calling - and it turned out that this was a disconnected phone number! #2) I was told that the new location provided to me would have a rep there on Sat between the hours of 10-5, and along with this location being difficult to find (it's actually behind some glass store!), there was no one around to check the vehicle in with, and I was doing this because #3) I didn't trust the return process, and this turned out to be accurate as I more than filled the vehicle with gas (more than with what we were originally provided!), and yet was still charged an additional $9 for more gas! This is so wrong, and the young lady I spoke with at U-Haul on Saturday when I called in with this exact concern assured me that they would do this honestly! This is my first time using U-Haul (I've used Penske in the past), and I'm not feeling good about it, I'm sorry to say.
JOHN CTrailer was damaged and unable to be used but employee was able to find another quickly!
