Nothing Smooth pickup & return procedure
Great trucks and friendly service!
Find a new pick up location. Also, I did not travel twenty miles as stated on the receipt. The service person was rude and extremely unprofessional. He acted as though he was doing me an unwanted favor. Refuse to check out or check back in the truck with me and cheated me on the mileage afterwards. I traveled less than 10 miles inside the LaGrange city limits.
Uhaul changed my pickup location to a place over 30 miles away and after talking with an operator we ended picking it up closer to home. I didnt notice the change until the day i needed it. Other than that everything was fine.
Took 4 hrs to get it and return it!!! Wasn't even 15 minutes away!!! Was sent to two different locations!!! Told 19.95 was charged 30 something
The cab and the windows could have been a little cleaner, and the window wipers either cleaned or replaced. Otherwise, the important things were in working order, which is the important thing (i.e., signals, brakes, etc.). Thank you.

Nobody was there.
I had to go to 3 different locations to get a U-Haul. The First 2 locations took their trucks to get serviced or they had bad tires. Got to the third location. They were closed but was able to get access online. And I requested a cart and dolly and wasn't able to get ether due to them being closed. I was and still not happy about it. A 1130 am pick up ended up being at 130.
I overpaid for gas. They dont answer for my request. Thats the only one I didnt like.
Equipment that I paid for was not in the truck
They are nice and friendly the truck just didn't drive right all the lights were on need better maintenance on them but he was nice
Greg Woody was very rude and disrespectful towards me. He rushed me because he wanted to go home early . And to top it all he accused me of stealing equipment from the uhaul.
Location: I booked a 15' truck plus moving blankets 10 minutes from my house. I received a notification a day before the rental that the truck was no longer available, and nearest truck was 35 minutes away, in the wrong direction of the move, and no blankets were available. Of course, we were charged for the extra miles to and from our house versus the original, closer location. The new location was at an old service station where the truck was backed up to a steep ledge / drop-off. There was no way to access the back of the truck without first moving the vehicle. The vehicle: I was assigned an old, beat-up truck; damage all around the box exterior, and incredibly filthy interior. My hand stuck to anything they touched; steering wheel, door handles, seat adjusters, etc. The seat belts were so heavily soiled, the dirt rubbed on to our clothing. Same for the seats and our pants. When I got the truck back to my house to load, we spent quite a bit of time attempting to sanitize the interior with Lysol. I scrubbed the steering wheel over and over, but the scum was never fully removed. We nearly became physically ill from the disgust, and my wife almost drove a separate car due to the condition of this U-haul truck. The truck had ~126,000 miles on the ODO. Although there was a much newer truck parked next to this one, it was not assigned to me. U-haul needs to spend $50 and get the cab of this truck detailed. Penske, here we come!
No visible key drop box. I left the key by the front door. I am normally a very positive person, but the pick up and return were not a good experience.

The pickup process was ridiculous. I opted for mobile phone pickup, and when I got to the location, it took another 30 to 45 minutes for pickup. There were steps that I should've been able to complete prior to pickup, like my ID info and pics of it. Then I waited longer for verification. I will never use that service again.
Have someone available at the drop off location! The trailer was stuck on my truck and I had to come back the next day to have the employee take it off with a wrench! I called road side assist and they said it would take a minimum of 90 minutes to get someone to help me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
