When I returned the equipment I couldn't finish my return information by phone. So one of the tow truck driver show up and I let him know that I dropped the equipment off on 3/26/2031.

This is the actually the best customer service I have had at a uhaul dealer. I was showed and explained to how to hook up and unhook the trailer. This has never happened.

The website says by delivering to Cartersville Ga there would be a discount. When I picked up the truck it cost more than the website. I mentioned it to the seller and he didn't act like he knew about it. Then when I took the truck back to the drop off spot in cartersville it put me over my mileage by $13.00. That to me wasn't right at all.
