The lady at the front desk is rude and and the parking lot is a joke.

Is a dump; and the man who waited on me really had the attitude that he had something better he could be doing. Old vehicles that were permanently parked in front of the store didn't leave but two spaces for customers to park. The U-Haul trucks were parked off pavement and had to climb over the asphalt edge of the busy highwayl. U-Haul's image suffers at this place!

Very difficult taking the trailer back to this location because where it was to be stored you had to get on the highway to back in. They do not have enough room for all the vehicles they have.

Really nothing special to say.. I needed a trailer, showed up, and maybe 20-ish minutes later I drove away with a trailer and then a few days later I dropped the trailer off. Things pretty much went as I would of expected them to go.

Nothing at this location. Was a one way rental and turned the truck in at Uhaul Neighborhood Dealer, 11240 Cumming Hwy, Canton, GA 30115. They said a receipt would be emailed, but no such luck. Need receipt for employer reimbursement.

We scheduled auto transport weeks in advance. 2 days before a trip we were notified we had to go to this other dealer for the rental. Under a time restriction so not convenient to go further out to get the transport. This dealer is located very close to a busy highway. Very dangerous to load near the road with the limited space. Also asked if we could inspect transport prior to leaving. We were told, "Go ahead we already inspected it ". Good thing we asked,to inspect it, the tire strap that holds the tire was frayed had to be changed out before loading our vehicle. U-haul needs a better location.
