The rate I reserved on Nov. 13 2019 (146.00) was not the rate I had to pay (255.00). Deceptive practice. Not a satisfied customer. The store employees were unable to help with the price issue.

The straps and kit that were to be included were forgotten. Also the store attendant seemed to be bothered by our calls and rental of the truck. It was close to closing time and his attitude definitely gave away his annoyance.

The only complaint that I have is that I spent 45 minutes on the phone with one of your employees the Saturday before I needed to UHaul to reserve a truck. When I went to get the truck, there was no record that I reserved the truck. Thank The Lord that there were extras there that day. I don't know the employee's name but he asked for my name, address, when I wanted to reserve the truck and my credit card number twice. This employee needs trained better or let go. That is my only complaint. The employee that took care of us today was very polite and very helpful.

The truck had a dead battery, and the Sears that manages the U-Haul certainly needs better training. The new U-haul online service sucks. They had no blankets. The one young guy running everything is the glue at this one particular store.

Check in and out was lengthy cause only one computer was working and uhual site wasn’t working right. Also my rental was $75 but there are over $300 in duplicate temporary hold charges on my card. This seems excessive

Grandmas attic leaked. Ruined a piece of electronics that was put there. The drop off location didn’t seem to care. Didn’t even have the time to check the vehicle in.

Not charge 300 for cleaning process it was swept out all there was time do totally absurd to charge that cleaning fee I detailed cars for way less than that it's a trailer for crying out loud

The price quoted on the day that I reserved the rental truck was cheaper than what I had to pay the day of the rental. The allotted mileage on the reservation day was also ~20 miles more than I was told on the day of pick up. This added a degree of stress to my trip.

Costumer service was very poor the guy was very rude they did not hook up the trailer like they were suppose to and the wheels were grinding and making noise. And also let me leave without brake lights and turn signals

Bobby was the best return agent possible. He could wrestle a bear with his pinkie toe while checking me in. He is the personification of bees knees. I always wanted to know what bees knees looked like, and now I know. Bobby rocks!

The fact that you didn't clearly disclose that I would have to drive 40 miles to pick up the truck and trailer is unbelievable. I expected to pick up the vehicle and trailer in Pittsburgh but had to drive all the way to Kittanning. First, you tried to make me pick up the truck and trailer from two different locations. When I arrived to receive the equipment, the price was inaccurate and the clerk didn't know how to get the correct price that I quoted. Then he simply showed me how much gas was in the truck and made no effort to show me how to work the trailer. This was awful.

I have used this drop off location numerous times and have been very satisfied each and every time. On this occasion, I dropped off the truck and left the keys in the dropbox....No problem, I checked my e-mail the next day and the receipt was waiting for me in the incoming mail.
