I am still waiting on a reply for a concern I had regarding what I was charged for distance travelled. There was a huge discrepancy between what I actually drove and the mileage in/mileage out numbers.

This was my second location, the Colby Drive experience was TERRIBLE, I had booked a truck a week ahead & when I was dropped off to pick it up at the end of the day it was not available. They knew all that was going to be the case but did not contact me.
Patel was very helpful and had me on the road with my rental in just a few minutes. Patel also made the return very easy. I will be back in the future to rent a truck from this location. Keep up the great service! Best regards, Bob Moran
I am not going to get this gentleman's name correct - Pardu.... Anyway his service was outstanding. I have rented U-hauls on many occasions. This was the fastest check-in and check-out every. He knew the system inside and out. Highly recommend this location to anyone.
Both people I dealt with at Hasty Market were friendly and helpful. The van itself was not clean....animal hair on the front seat.....unfinished beverage in the passenger side door pocket....previous renters contracts on the front dash...but most concerning, especially now during COVID, there was no smell of anything being disinfected and sanitized.
It was disgusting in the truck, never washed, and if the Company upgrades their trucks won't be bad at all, just saying.
Very helpful attendant when I arrived to pickup the truck and had problems with the web app giving me error messages. Online checkout process worked properly and I was impressed how clear the process was explained. Great experience with U-haul and I'll use it again when hauling large items.
These people who run the uhaul rental at hasty market on westwood will rip you right off I called them to explain I would be a little later with the uhual then expected ad we had no shows to help move sonitnwas just my husband and I moving a whole house she explained there would be a 20 late charge well if that wasnt a huge fat f**king lie the ended up charging me and I had rented a uhual for 24 hours so it was to be back by 8:15 pm but I didnt get it back until 12 am and I was charged 2 full days...plus mileage Ã—2...double the appliance dolly and this was after being told only a 20 late charge would apply so they got double there rent on this uhaul because not only did I get charged for another full day and it was dropped at 12am they also wouldnt let me keep it for the time I paid for because and I quote it was rent that afternoon so on top of everything else someone else had to pay a rental on a uhaul that in all sense of the word was paid for I even said well then they shouldnt have to pay for today then since I already paid for it and they are like that's not how it works if the person who rented from this.location Tuesday I am sorry you had to pay for something already paid for it's not right. bottom line dont use this location unless your super desperate they screw you. And to uhual shame shame shame on you

It was a very pleasant experience
The guy at the store was slow and disorganized. He also didn't come out to inspect the vehicle with us. He didn't even ensure the furniture pads and dolly that I ordered were in the vehicle.
Very dirty truck inside the cab and inside the cargo box. They did not have the 12 moving blankets I had ordered.
I noticed that the gas tank reading on the paper given to me before getting the truck over estimates the amount of gas that is actually in the truck, but other than this it was a great easy experience. I would highly recommend going to the Hasty Market for picking up a truck!
We filled out all our information online but for some reason were asked the exact same questions in store. I'm not sure if this is normal or if the store didn't prepare for our pick up. While we were being â€˜helped', the store associate would call up the next person in line and fully serve them and cash them out (in the middle of â€˜helping' us). She would stop doing whatever she was doing to set us up with our truck and completely turn her attention to someone else. She rang several transactions through before finishing our service. It was ridiculous as we are in the middle of a pandemic and she would call the next person up to the same til that we were at (not socially distanced at all). We would have to back away every time she decided someone else's service was more important than ours. I think she served 4 customers before I asked why she wasn't just finishing helping us before helping others and she snapped back at me and pointed at a printed sign that said that they don't prioritize UHaul customers. Why wasn't this posted online? I wish I knew what we were walking into when I booked my reservation. If I knew we weren't going to be helped at the same level of service as any other customer I would have booked elsewhere. We did not cut in line or do anything to demand more than her other customers. We stood in line, waited our turn, and then when being helped we felt completely uncomfortable and were treated as â€˜less than' compared to other customers. To top things off she just gave us the keys and didn't say anything else. We went to where the trucks were and had to figure out which was the one we were renting on our own. When we figured it out, we were pretty upset because it was parked HORRIBLY. I have had good experiences with UHaul in the past but this was so bad that both my fiancÃ© and I were in shock. What's the point in partnering with a store like this if they don't seem to care about UHaul customers and they are just tarnishing you're brand?
There was pop spilt all over the truck there were used masks in the truck. The breaks on the truck were not very good and the truck was running poorly. When I picked up the truck the printer wasn't working for our resent so the gir wrote it on a paper. She told us the truck was out front in actually she gave us keys for the wrong truck.. It took us half an hour just to return the truck this was by far my worst experience with Uhaul. Also the returned money was given in cash not put back on my card. I would definitely not recommend this pick up location,
We had reserved a van online for the day. When we arrived the person who had rented the van previously was late returning it. The staff offered us a truck for the same pricing as the van, which we accepted as we were on a deadline. However, the truck is less fuel efficient and ended up being more costly for us. I understand the staff can't control the lateness of the customers, but it was inconvenient and costly.
We chose Uhaul because the pick up that I booked was 7 minutes from our home. The day before we were advised it would not be there and now was 40 minutes from our home. It would be easier for customers to have trucks with a full tank of gas, rather than guessing how much gas will be used.
Clear signage as to where to get keys
I mentioned that I fill up gas more than when I pick the truck up and I want to get credit for that, but he did not care about that.
Waiting line can be long.
U haul guy was rude and argued with me without reason. Also don't follow covid safety rules try to take my id and credit card to his hand. Customer desk and truck was dirty. Looks rarely clean. And when I return truck he try to increase fuel consumption for 10$.
We had a communication Issue about what Type of vehicle I had ordered, but it was resolved in a timely manner and I was on my way
