The manager at the Thrift store was amazing and friendly. But her computer system was terriable and slow. But that didn’t stop her. She used her phone and made everything work so easy.

The truck was dirty when I got it. There were 2 furniture dollies I didn't order. They were in a pile of furniture pads and other debris on the floor. There was water bottles, soles to sneakers, paper and plastic on the floor. I had to sweep it out and dispose of the garbage before we used the truck. I reported this to customer service as soon as I saw it. When I returned the truck I bought some dressers and a mattress from the location. I tried to rent another truck there but because their is a dispute between uhaul and the location trucks can't be rented there. I paid $200 for dressers and can't pick them up because I refuse to pay the extra mileage to rent a uhaul from another location. I asked for a credit on my new rental because I had to clean your truck but was told no. I've used uhaul for years I've never had such a horrible experience.

I have still yet to receive my email receipt of my rental. I had the truck for less than an hour and a half and I even called saying why wasn’t I emailed my receipt upon return as it is when I rent every other time. I also did not like that I was instantly charged for insurance when I wasn’t even asked if I wanted it or not. I have rented from this location for the past 3 years but honestly if this comes back that I owe more than I was quoted I will never rent again. I’m super nervous because besides this survey I have received no email communication about my rental or that the final closed out receipt.

This was the third location I went to to return the trailer. At location one (the one I had preselected due to location) I was told they had no room and I should go to the local Uhaul store (2 miles out of my way). I was not told the store had different hours so I had to wait ten minutes only to find out the UHAUL STORE does not have a permit to actually house Uhaul equipment so they sent me to a third location which it appears is where every other uHaul place sent people because there were only three spots available and I was told to just leave the trailer because the location did not open for another hour. Both of my issues could have been resolved had someone at uHaul been a little more proactive in both telling me ahead of time about the pickup location change and also telling me where I needed to drop things off.

The place was awful, not prepared to receive uhual customer, really bad. Alicia which was the one that received the trucks key didn't want to do the walk around with me to check. I said that everything was good, I returned the gas tank more than the level that I took and returned the truck before the time that I supposed to return. This unprofessional lady closed the contract after the time that I supposed to return and she put that I returned with less gas. So, in another words she charged me $82.50 which is totally Wrong! Really bad experience!

I had requested a dolly and when I picked up the truck it was not available. I talked to Uhaul customer service and no one was able to help me find a dolly. This caused an enormous strain and hassle in my moving process, taking me much longer and I wasn't even able to finish moving because of that. This is unacceptable. I asked for U-Haul to do something about it, and all I got was the dolly being removed from the invoice. Seriously! This is poor customer service!

This was not my scheduled drop off place; however, did not realize this place up supposed to drop off closed at 5 o’clock. And it was 18 miles away! I looked on the website and saw this was a half a mile away, and it was 4:50 PM. The website said that they would be open until 6 PM. So I took a chance and arrive right at 5 o’clock. They were in the process of closing the business for the day, which was not consistent with the hours posted on the website. There was a guy who helped me, and he was very nice. He went in and talk to the owner. He brought back instructions that basically said, “just drop it in the parking lot and drop the key and your paperwork in the slot.” Well, OK. But I only had one copy of my paperwork, and poof he was gone. I handwrote my information on another sheet of paper for my records, then dropped my only copy of the paperwork in the slot. The place looks a little sketchy, but I just had faith they will check it in the next day. I am most grateful that they did, As it saves me from carting the trailer around for another day at Disney World!

Trailer was parked in the mud, was not sure upon arrival if I could even get to the trailer with my pickup. There were so many trucks and trailers in the way, I could barely squeeze through to get back out. Unorganized and messy beyond belief

the first time I rented a cargo van from this location everything went great but this time the "cargo" van seemed smaller than a cargo van my friend rented last week (from someone down the street from where I rented mine) and we were able to fit 3 queen size mattresses - in the van I rented we couldn't fit the box springs in at all as it was too snug and the mattress we were bending it which would have ruined the new mattress so I had to call a friend with a truck to help. So we ended up moving my son into college and renting a van that only carried 4 large plastic storage tubs. The air would work for about 15 min and then a mist/smokish would start pouring out of the vents and it then the would stop working for about 30 min. It did this driving to the university and driving back to the rental place. The van also seemed to drive ok but when I got on the toll road (speed limit 70) it would drive fine and then all of a sudden there would be allot of play in the steering wheel where you to keep trying not to go in the lanes next to you. The last issue was when I got into it to drive it home to load it as soon as I got in I could smell a strong pungent odor, but I had to take the van as my son had an assigned moving day for his college apt. The odor was so overwhelming I drove to Bed Bath & Beyond and brought a bunch of scented little bags (like you would put in your dresser drawers) and put them all over the back of the van as I didn't want the linens or clothes to have the odor in them as they were going to stay in the van overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning. it didn't help, I don't know if it was numerous people smoking in it or what it was but I had to wash everything upon arrival to my son's apt as all of it smelled along with me. I walked in his front door and he asked what was that smell - when I took him to the van he couldn't believe how it stank. So I paid $130 plus $30 in gas for a van they drove unsafe, stunk and the air conditioning only running maybe half the time. I went in to the place of business when returning the van and told them about my experience they didn't not seem to be bothered by any of it nor did they say anything like "so sorry you experienced all of that we will check that van tgo make sure everything is ok" - instead the young lady who rented it to me seemed mad that I gave her the feedback and the man that works there just seemed annoyed and said they would check it out - when I mentioned maybe stale smoke he said I use that van all of the time and I'm a smoker but I don't smoke in that van. Being that this is the only feedback I received from them I won't be renting from them again - I don't think they will care. After my positive experience in March I told everyone about renting from them and how easy and inexpensive our experience was - even on our town's two Facebook pages (Celebration, FL) where people ask for recommendations for everything along with any thing/businesses to stay away from. I
