This location in particular- was fine. It was the only place we could even pick up our UHaul after visiting TWO other locations for a RESERVED truck. My original location, we opted the UShare 24/7 and the lock box code did not work. (The SECOND time I’ve had a 24/7 issue). 30 minutes later- we go across the street, per the man I was to call with issues... and they were closed. Chris was a very, VERY nice man and honestly was unsure why this was happening. He offered to drive the hour out of the way- but instead set us up for a rental that was 10 minutes down the road. Normally they closed their uhaul services at 5pm, but they were all gracious enough to work with us... our trip would have been a maximum of 11 miles- but instead it ended up being more. We should’ve been given a discount that exceeded the $4 we were given- taking over an hour to get a truck for us that was already reserved. 5 stars for Chris, and A.R.C Towing Location. But 1 star for UHaul overall. Disappointed.

Drop off was terrible! Bad service. The pick up experience was really good. Even though they had some technical delays with their system, it did not impact the overall pickup experience. The drop off experience was terrible. The attendant was yelling at me when I was pinpoint gas (pickup/drop off was gas station) and then proceeded to charge me an extra day when I was a little over 1 hour past my drop off time. When I questioned it, her response was “if you would have called me, I could have adjusted the time. But since you didn’t, you get charged an extra day. If you have a problem with that, take it up with U-Haul, not me” Poor poor service. Had I been a couple of hours late, or half a day, I would understand. But for that level of service for one hour late (we all know how bad I-4 is in a Saturday morning with everyone trying to get to Disney world). I would pick another location if I were ever to rent from this place again. Beware!

The original lady, Ty, who was supposed to be taking care of me was extremely rude because she had too much going on at once. I waited 20 mins before she even tried to help me because she was on the phone w a lady who was unhappy there was no trucks available. I, who had a reservation, was needing to get my equipment and go on w my day. Then several customers came behind me who had purchased items in the store and she skipped over me to ring them up. Finally when I told her she needs to take care of me she threatened me to leave the store and that she refused to help me and walked out. Thankfully a very nice lady, Fran, took care of me from that point on and apologized repeatedly which I assured wasn’t her fault. But from the way I was treated by Ty, I will never returning again.

These guys worked nonstop for two hours and got the job done. I would without thinking twice hire hem again. They came in and got to work. U-Haul needs to figure out how to add a tip to the order because as great as these guys were I had no cash on me.

When we took the uhaul back the lady was so rude. My son in law said he was trying to park the truck nicely and she was screaming and waving her hands. We have always had good people wait on us. So someone needs to check this place out because none of it fit your reputation . I am not familiar with Orlando and choose the worst place I guess. If I were you I wouldn’t use them.

The location was great but the area was poorly lit. Nothing to suggest it was a Uhaul drop off or pick up location other than a tiny drop box on a pole in front of the gas Station. I had to ask if I was able to drop the truck off since I did not see the Dropbox. But my overall experience was great and I would definitely use Uhaul again.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for no reason. Truck was brought back in same condition. Don't understand what needed to be "cleaned". Very aggravated with UHaul and will not be using again for my move in January.

They sold me a van they knew had a broken back door. (I only checked some, not all of the doors prior to renting it.) Employees were nice. Manager was nasty!!! All in all they did make it right and give some compensation. Which is why I bump it up to two star review.

It was no fault of csr, but the truck reserved was not returned in time, so they gave us the truck on lot for same price, which was appreciated. HOWEVER, it ran terrible..like something wrong with tires or front end and right mirror was broke, making it scary on main highways with limited views. I mentioned that online reservation stated guaranteed vehicle or I was to be paid $50...she was like "no way!" you will take that up with uhaul. I know she assisted by giving us what she had.

I was there nearly an hour while the person who wouldn't get off his cell phone blamed the computer. I observed the same computer problems upon drop off. The truck was filthy. It appeared as if a can of sofa had exploded on the windshield. I scrubbed it for 10 minutes and couldn't get it off. Good bye uhaul. I can't believe I paid 60$ for this service.

When returning the truck at the time I specified, the woman at the office said she was unable to complete the return because she was the only person in the office. She said she was placing a note on the account of when I returned it, and someone would finalize my purchase the next day. I ended up getting billed the wrong amount of money, and was charged for a second day. This could have been easily avoided if staffing was properly trained and staffed.
