Nothing. Everyone was kind and helpful.



When you rent the extra equipment-let the customer know that the blankets need to be returned (used or not). Also let the customer pick the closest drop off-not corporate.

The person working there who had a name tag that said owner on it was extremely rude and giving me a hard time to answer very basic questions. The entire location is very run down and I reserved a dolly by calling that location and when I got there he stated there are no dollies available and he did not care that I had made a reservation for this and was very rude and his answers to me. Very poor experience, I have used U-Haul and numerous other locations and it is very disappointing to see that this is the behavior of the person who is reportedly the “owner” of this location.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The vans/trucks/equipment all appear to be in great condition. The only small ‘ding’ I would give the physical property is that there could be a few more customer parking spaces for people’s rides who are dropping them off or picking them up.

Everyone there was sleepy the man at the counter turned us away claiming he didn’t have any trucks and sent us to the location near 417 and OBT the lady there was excellent she moved my reservation to another location. She ended up moving my reservation to the same location I began, I hate doing the service I received from the man there he was rude and disgusting and I’m pretty sure he was racist. He sent everyone to the other store and we were all sent back to his store because he did have trucks. If you’re going bring have rude people fine whatever but don’t let them interact with your customers, it leaves very little to be desired and a bad taste in your mouth.

Maybe for your customers who don’t live in the area they picked the vehicle up from should be allowed to return to a closer location. In my case the truck wasn’t even needed however because I wasn’t allowed to return it to my local uhaul I had to put an additional 30 miles on it to return it. Ended up paying $79 for a vehicle I didn’t need! All because I was going to be charged $100 due to it being”out of town”.

Driveway and lot littered with pot holes. Facility sorely lacking paved grounds. Present conditions make the place look like a scrapyard, not a welcoming, clean rental facility. Staff, on the other hand, was warm and accommodating.

I had a reservation for 7am and Uhaul was supposed to open at 7am. The employee that had the keys did not show up until almost 8am. This set me back 1 hour. I had friends waiting on me and you know finding people willing to help on a weekday is hard. I wasn’t the only customer waiting for this employee to show. A employee of yours was also waiting with us, but of course he was waiting with us. This employee was really nice and was placed in a very difficult position by having to stand by with unhappy customers.
