My appointment was at 10 and I did not leave with a truck till 11. Workers were lost and all over the place.

Janet T.The drop off location was the third attempt to drop off the trailer. The one on vine street was in a flea market. An hour after I gained contact with an offsite manager, I was told to unhook the trailer and leave it in a parking lot behind a radio sound store. I do not know how to unhook a trailer. The manager by phone directed me to a second location. It had been shut down. Finally got to zorlando custome service and was told I was at Taylor rental. I saw rental trucks across the way and assumed incorrectly that it was the location. It wasn't. They directed me across the street and down the way. After being yelled at for parking my vehicle on the side of the road. I was told to make ve it in a lot. Wrong lot. Finally found Taylor rental and they were very accommodating. All in all this little ordeal took 4 1/2 hours. Your business model is not good for customers. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.
