The vehicle was extremely dirty when picked up! Absolutely awful. Had to purchase a tarp to put of the floor due to the oil and grime on the floor of the cargo van. Also, based on the kilometers we went (11 kms as per invoice), when filling the gar tank it took almost $10.00. That seems pretty extreme for the distance we went, so I don't believe that the gas tank was truly full when we received it, and that is not fair to any customer!teresa L.

I was not impressed with the matter of fact , â€œtoo badâ€ attitude from the representative that printed my receipt. My receipt shows the name of Ron Thomas. I was to have the trailer back by 1:17 pm on Friday but they said they would be closed Friday , the weather was bad / icy so I kept it until Saturday when they would be open anyway. I cleaned it inside and out and returned it sat at 2 pm. I went in to pay for the extra day that I owed, (I think Ron) handed me paperwork saying â€œhere you goâ€ I asked if I was being charged for two days he said â€œYepâ€. I said â€œyou were closed yesterday, and I'm less than an hr past the time todayâ€ â€œAn hour , or 24 hours.. charge is the sameâ€ He was short , unaccommodating , seemed like I was just bothering him. I was late with the trailer, no question. just the lack of empathy and customer service was irritating to me.shane J.

Drop off point was good. Not applicable to the drop off site, but: More instructions for customers planning to use the after hours features app/online features. 2 min video or something easy walking through the steps. You need to take a bunch of pictures of the dash and cleanliness etc, so best to do that part first before walking up to the key drop box! Also, you can't seem to load pictures you have already taken. You need to take them with the app/online site.Michael W.
Surprised to find the inside cab of van not clean. Crumbs on seat and dashboard, peanut shells in back cargo area. In this covid climate, I had no confidence that the van had been wiped down at all. I asked the office staff to clean and wipe down before I left. This was done, although not happily. Remark was that he didn't see the crumbs? Proceeded to my errand and found the van was the poorest in fuel effeciency that I have rented. No backup camera. At return, staff member was pleasant enough and did apologize for the lack of cleansliness.Laurie S.
Online app not working to check out, was an hour late (30 minutes) of that trying to get online app to work and was charged for a 2nd day rental. There was nobody waiting for the truck so I feel they could have been a little more lenient, wont use this location again. Cheap truck rental turned into $140.Patricia D.

This is a small drop off location and I was surprised by how clean and inviting the location is. Staff were friendly, quick and effective. All around positive experienceALEXISLYNNE C.
The man who works here needs a lesson on customer service this is not the first time ive received terrible service from this location not to mention the truck was not cleaned before rental and the previous customers had used it to haul there marijuana crop which made all are items stink of this shit! I was unable to get a cargo van at my local uhaul so I had to rent one 75 km away (round trip that means I drove 300 km (150 km each trip to and from the rental location) and 4 hours to pick up and return the van. On top of that I had to pay mileage on the van for the 150 km I drove it to and from the location. However, when I picked it up the rental agent said "don't worry, uhaul will reduce the mileage rate significantly once you go over a certain number of kms, so it won't be that bad." What they didn't tell me was that the way they reduce the mileage rate is by increasing the rental rate - so my rental fee went from $119 for 6 days to $299 for 7 days (which included 999 kms). They also didn't tell me that I was being bumped to a weekly rate, so that for the same cost I could have kept the van for an extra day and driven another 600+ kms - had I known that I was paying for an extra day and all of those km I would have kept it and done every errand I could think of with it! Overall I am deeply disappointed in the service from Uhaul - I rented online, well in advance - they should have just shipped a van into my local office it would have saved me around $200. Or - if they can't provide the vehicle you reserve in the location where you reserve it they should provide a mileage credit to get you to and from the closest location!Lisa and Paul M.
