Staff at this location was friendly and helpful. We would have preferred to have a jack included with the trailer but policy did not allow us to have one. Not being able to remove the trailer from our truck until it was emptied again was inconvenient.

Trailer was not swept out and attendant told me to hook it up. I admit I look like I know what I'm doing. But I have dealt with Uhaul many times and never attached the simplest of items to my truck. I will still use Uhaul but I was surprised. I explained for liability reasons I wanted them to hook it up.
