The truck had not been checked for problems and it was a completely miserable trip to Wa. The truck should have been checked for problems. The gentleman helping me was very pleasant and helpful.

This was a serious pain in the rear and took a long time. First the truck didn't have an appliance dolly, so we had to contact customer service to find out what to do. They said we could take one that we found in a different truck, so we put that in the truck. Then the key we needed was in box #2 but the combination we were given would only work on the lock on box #3. We tried calling the number for help but couldn't get through to a rep. It was by chance that we guessed the code on box #2. After we got the key, the rest of the process went OK.
