Dont offer online pickup when it's not even available. I went over at 1 am and got dropped off and had no way to get home. They told me to come back at 9 am. My ride offered to wait but I had so much confidence in uhual that I dont him to leave and not worry about it, and instead I get screwed. I never heard back about the $50 reservation guarantee since it wasn't met.

Had to argue with person who took my start mileage that it wasn’t 1 mile off it was over a thousand miles off, but he thought it was no big deal. My appointment was at 9 it took almost an hour to finally get my rental. I had to reschedule my appointment with outside person.

This location had to have an exception made in order to get the trailer turned in. I will be making 2-3 more trips, using a U-Haul and will probable find another location to turn it in although this one had sufficient area to turn, park and unhook the trailer myself!

The lights on 6 x 12 Van Trailer RV 6311E do not work correctly and should be repaired for safety. In particular the turn signals work backwards, left for right and right for left. Also the park lights do not seem to be correct.

The original drop off location I took the eqpt to was CLOSED and no working phone. I left truck parked there and returned the next day to return key, but they were still closed. I called UHaul originating location and told them I had brought eqpt to stated location, but needed assistance changing location and I did not want to have to pay for the extra gas (I had already gased it for return to first location. The attendant at King Ave location first said I would be billed for location change. Then also was not helpful in understanding why the fuel was not on target. I had to step outside and call customer service. It was not MY fault the Harriet's Bluff location was closed two days in a row. I shouldn't be billed to change location or charged for the difference in fuel it took to return it to an open location. I believe customer service has taken care of the issues. The truck was a gem with only 8300 miles when picked up and it drove very well for 26' and towing a vehicle on a dolly. I would definitely go UHaul for long distance one way moving.

Guy that moved it made a smart ass comment bout the truck being pulled in . He was the maintenance man I dropped it of at a hotel They keep messing up the mileage that I told them She what till the smartass came back in and then she finally got it right. We rented the truck in order to get from va to ga due to our car braking down in va Was the only quick and easy way we had So when we return home to dill with the drop off it was a messed up ending to a already messed up week

Better maintain equipment. My rental needed alingment,oil level low. AC kept cutting out under acceleration. Crappy gas mileage and the auto transport didn't have working lights. I used the same set up to move to Kingsland Georgia three years ago from Anderson SC. I didn't have any problems then. Been complaining about this since the 25th of July. NO ANSWER!!!!!

This was my first time renting a uhaul, and it was a completely awful experience. I received no pre-call the day before, and even tried to call 4 times the day prior but got no answer. I came in at 9 am which was my preferred pick up time and the opening time, and this uhaul location is at a hotel. The hotel lobby attendant tried helping the best she could, but the uhaul representatives weren't there and did not answer the phone. When I let the hotel lobby attendant know I called the day prior multiple times, she said "Oh yeah, nobody ever answers that phone". On top of that, the size truck I ordered was not available. They only had one truck, which the lobby attendant contacted uhaul to allow us to have it at the price of the smaller, original truck we requested. She really was trying to be helpful, but quite frankly she is not a uhaul representative and shouldn't have been put in that position anyways. And it definitely seemed as though this was a frequent occurrence for this location. Definitely will not be coming here if I ever move again. I would not recommend them at all. The only saving Grace was that lobby attendant.

The manager here helped me with a contract issue regarding mileage. Location was easy to get to, personnel were helpful. Uhaul corporate is losing me as a customer over my rental this time due to discrepancy between my checkout online and the actual contract which I did not receive until after I picked up the truck. Corporate denied that uhaul even offers unlimited mileage (which I was supposed to have according to terms at checkout online) and their allowed mileage did not even cover location to location direct millage much less location to location via 2 intermediate locations. I would recommend this location to a friend, but with corporate's bait and switch checkout to contract issues, I cannot recommend Uhaul as a whole.

Customer service was horrible. I was treated with absolutely no urgency. The attendant had no idea how to answer any of my questions. She stated "her customers are priority" over UHaul customers and pushed me to the side 4-5 times within a 25 minute window to help other people. It took me over half an hour to get checked in.

The truck was filthy inside with coffee spilled all over the dashboard steering wheel and engine compartment cover the truck ran terribly the air conditioning didn't work I shouldn't be charged what I was charged to use this truck
