This was not the initial pick up area. First I went to the location on 113 E Dean Ave. as I was supposed to. When my 8 a.m. pick up time came no one was there. After waiting I called U Haul number and spent and hour on the phone. After many dropped calls I still did not have a location. I headed to another U Haul provider close by and they did not have the trailer I needed. Once I left that U Haul I finally was called back and given a place in town that had the trailer I required with a pick up time at 9:30. When I arrived I was not able to pick up the trailer until 10:00 which is the time the building opened. Once the building was open the person helping me had issues with my reservation and had to call UHaul. This was shocking to me because U Haul made the reservation in the first place. I did not leave with my trailer until 10:45 way past my 8 a.m. pick up time. This ordeal was frustrating and a waste of time. The Dean Avenue location should be held accountable and I should have a refund.

Make sure trucks do not leak and destroy property. Customer service was rude, saying supervisor said this conversation is over, contact your attny. Rep west denied claim. No offer for resolving my loss

Customer service all together. I asked to use the restroom the young lady informed me they do not have public restrooms. I told her her I was not the public, I am a paying customer, & she still would not allow me to use the restroom. On top of that the can was on one side of the parking lot & the tow dolly was by the storage units & she would not assist me with connecting them, so I had to go get the tow dolly from another store & the area manager & a rep at that particular store helped me with getting connected. Poor customer service from that location. I just didn’t feel appreciated as a customer & hope that I do not have to use uhaul again.

I was charged for 2 days and only had it for one day. Then they told me they don't know how to explain it and I would have to call the 800 number.
