I reserved a vehicle at the Interbay UHaul location, and without contacting me or even sending an email my reservation was changed to a smaller vehicle and sent to Kent. This was unacceptable.
The location is in the back of a dirty, cluttered business, and its hard to find the actual U-haul operation (weird hand made signs taped to exterior side doors ?? - NOT what I expect from U-Haul. My negative experience was that the Agent lied to me and charged me for an extra day despite my returning the truck at open of business the next day (my turn in time was end of business the day before). I had called the day before and informed the agent that due to circumstances ( unoloaders did NOT show up) I would be returning the truck that night, but after close of business. I dropped the keys in the drop box, but could not get YOUR software to work on my phone to register the drop off. I then showed up the next morning to confirm the return. Your agent, however, did not bother to show up until an hour after the posted open time - despite having told me that he would be there before the posted open time. The truck was returned clean, in good repair and had more gasoline than required. The agent did NOT inform me that he would charge for the extra day, and indicated that he would not. This experience with this agent has left me with a bad impression - unfortunate in light of the many decades of positive experiences with U-Haul.
Booked everything online and when I went to pick up the truck you the clerk was unable to verify. Link provided did not work. I declined the $14 insurance but when I checked my receipt I was charged the $14. When picking up the truck the parking lot/drop off area was a mess. I would think you would have/provide a fenced area or at least have proper parking. The truck I rented had had graffiti on the side, candy, napkins and fries in the cab and the dashboard was sticky. Gross. The clerk apologized and then said to double check the gas as it might be siphoned during the night. Next time I need a truck or delivery service U-Haul will no longer be my first priority. Very disappointed in your service. I would suggest a branch manager inspect your drop off locations, specifically the Kent location.
You must upgrade your assistant , on October 5 the car go van I rented was broken I called for service no body showed up or respond .
Employee must check the truck if safety to use before they dispatch . Bec when I get gas the the tube going to the ga s tank was cut off,
Staff never answers phone. Charged me for utility dolly but never provided, Charged me for 24 pads but only supplied me for 13. This was the 3rd UHaul location I had to physically go to (in a ride share) to get the truck that had been reserved for me in Seattle.
Get the employee to know what she is doing and to admit when SHE makes a mistake and not blame it on someone else. It was very a stressful time dealing with her for hours to pick up the truck I had reserved two weeks previously and also considering I was there getting a truck to move my Mom things out of her home because she had passed
Reserve truck not available. Overall not pleased with the service.. No return call after leaving a bag in the truck. Horrible
We have rented Uhaul many times and the experience is very good! But this time is a very bad Uhaul experience. We rented the car with the Uhaul app and Uhaul did not give us any documents to prove the kilometer of the car we got. We didn't find the right car when we got the key. It was the staff helped us to found the car! After we return the car about three hours, they told us that we ran 122 kilometers! Everyone knows that renting a car is to save trouble, and want to pull things out at once, and people usually choose to rent a car closer to them, and we naturally choose the place closest to my house! As a result, this bad car rental experience was caused. I called and complained that it took a long time to connect, then transferred, and then waited for the call, saying that the manager would call back! We didn't receive the call from the manager the next day. He left his voice mail box, and we couldn't understand what he spoke quickly. Even the phone numbers left were tried out one by one! As a result, he said he was driving and said he would call back, and then there was no news. When we called back the next day, he kept saying that we had no evidence and they couldn't do anything! Okay, let yourself be unlucky! But I'm pretty sure we only ran 48-50 miles! I don't think I will trust Uhaul anymore. Next time, should I get to the odometer to prove how many miles I ran? Then I think you should go and see if you forgot to collect the guest's miles, or if there is a problem with your odometer! Hope the next guest will not be as unlucky as me!
Disappointing. We were not well informed on Uhaul â€˜s process at time of reservation and cost over $700 to travel less than 300 miles one way, which seemed extremely excessive. Truck wasn't available where we expected it to be and had to travel out of our way to pick it up. We will search out other rental truck companies in the future.
Gas was siphoned, which I was told is common at this location. Suggest LOCKING GAS CAPS. Otherwise, the truck and service was great!
Reservation was canceled but I was given a receipt. Could you make sure I get the money back?
To ensure the fuel gauge is checked and confirmed by a U-Haul associate in case the previous user takes the vehicle. I was incorrectly charged for fuel (an associate prevented this from happening) because the previous user indicated the incorrect amount of fuel left in the vehicle.

I was scheduled to pick the truck up a 9 AM. The manager said he would come early to check in the truck that was being returned after hours. He did not show up until normal opening time at 10 AM. After he arrived service was very good. I made three calls to customer service. Twice the wait time was over 20 minutes. The other time I was disconnected. That kind of response does not make me feel like a "valued customer"
I had planned on renting from your south Auburn Washington location. I wanted to rent from an actual U-Haul location rather than some grocery store that happened to do U-Haul on the side. Without even asking, my rental was moved about 10 miles from my original location. I arrived to pick up my truck and found that this was NOT a grocery store than happens to rent trucks but rather, a U-Haul franchise that happens to sublet from a grocery store. Ok. That works I suppose. The truck, although it was mostly clean, the windshield was filthy and the wiper blades needed to be changed. The driver seat had worn out and someone stuffed it full of foam so it was terribly uncomfortable. Thank goodness I was only driving it a short distance. The heat and cooling fan would only work on the 1, 2 or 3 fan speed, 4th speed was off. BUT, over all, it was a good truck. If I needed, I COULD have washed the windshield. Would have been nice if the trucks were stored inside a fenced area so they can have the trucks fueled prior to leaving. Sucks to have to fuel before you can even do anything.
I feel like I got hustled and my dad jus died I didn't have a 100 dollars to spend when it was for a 20doller uhual for 1hr u guys owe me money this isn't right

The agent who helped me was very courteous & expedient. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for uhaul services.
Need more help behind the desk. There was no one there when I got there for pickup. Mobile app pickup wasn't working. There was a line of 5 of us trying to pickup and I wasn't able to get my truck until 30 minutes after my pickup time
