The online check in didn’t work. It wasted an hour of my time. Then I went in and it took my only 5 minutes to get my truck.

The Kent east hill location was excellent. I’m sure the other locations were fine also. My biggest frustration was the process. I called to get a trailer was told after I called maple valley and auburn and told there wasn’t a trailer available. Then called U-Haul to set it up and then told there was one available maple valley she called and said yes and that I coluld call the number to find out where to pick it up. I called and was told I needed to wait an hour as calls were taken in the order received. finically after an hour and a half of waiting that I needed to go to auburn to pick up the trailer 2 minutes from arriving there auburn called me and said they got the order after renting the trailer. That there was another due back at 11:00 so I waited and got there around 10:45. They called the renter and the renters decided they needed it another day. I had been in Contact with U-Haul the ones that set up appointments and they had told me there was one available now on Kent east hill which I finally got to around 11:00. I was supposed to pick up the lumber I had arranged to buy at 10:30 and had been very frustrated as you can imagine. Kent east hill U-Haul was very understanding honorred the upgrade with the gate. It really didn’t make a difference to me gate or not but glad I didn’t have to pay the difference. They made check out and in Very Rae ash and fast were very curtiius. Also though I had asked for 24 hours and the contract said 10:00 am instead of 11:00 I came at 11:15 and he made it right without asking. Next time I need a trailer I will likely go straight to Kent east hill though it’s a few minutes more out of my way. Thank you.

You should NOT book people to pick up a truck at 8am when you don't open there until 9am and change the sign on the door so that it reflects your true hours. I understand that it's simply about making more money BUT U-Haul would have happier, more loyal customers if they DIDN'T require bringing it back to the rental origin. That's a lot of time consumption back tracking on moving day. The cost of moving trucks should be incurred by the company, not placed on the customer. U-Haul used to be a great company. What happened?

These guys were great! They were in the Save You More back conner by the pet section. If you ask the person at the register he would be more then happy to point them out plus they have proper signage so its had to miss but they made this process quick and easy. I would recomend them to anyone that needs a U-haul vehicle. You wont be disappointed.

The girl there said she couldn't give me a receipt but I would get one by email. When I got home and checked my email and saw a $28 cry for "coverage" which I was told was ins. If I already paid the $15 for ins why would I have to pay an additional so $28 for 54 miles that is robbery deciduous and I'm missed so I complained they said a manager would call me in the next 3 days no one called me but a refund of $15 showed up i my bank account out this DOES NOT SATISFY ME U WANT THE WHOLE $28BACK. MAKE ME WHILE OR NEXT TI.E I'LL USE LEND ME. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. that girl that work at the Kent sata!it's store didn't have a way for me to pay cash when I co.plan ed she just kept saying g "ca!l them and tell them you don't like it". You even tried to charge me an extra day because when we got to our drop off it was closed on Mondays so by the time we got to the next o e it was after nine. Unbelievable. I'm still learning about the $28 for 54 .Joe coverage that's bul!shit!!!.! I was t a full refund for that you don't call me even though she said you would and you think I dropping $15 I to my account wil! Please me? Your wrong I'm angry and anyone else would be too. !!!!!

The rental unit smelled very, very bad. I only needed it for a few miles, so I just rolled down the windows, but wow. I can't believe they rented it out like that. I mean, they do, do a walk through. How was that ok? I would have preferred they refunded me the rental charges.

I only drove 28 miles, but I was charged for 109 miles. I discussed this with the person who helped me that day, she promised that she would find out what happened and also I called them twice since than looks like nobody cares. Bo good!!

the Kent team did everything they could do to make the rental situation better, it was a disappointment that there’s no update or system in place if someone doesn’t drop off uhaul rental in time for next person. Kudos to the Kent manager for handling our reservation and helping us during the move.
