I had to pay a $100 deposit due to paying cash. I dropped off my uhaul and I gave them my debit card to credit it back. I contacted your customer service team and was told it will take five business days to post to my account. This is ridiculous... I was never told this when I made the deposit.

All around bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend this particular location when renting a uhaul. Unprofessional staff as well as poorly maintained trucks. I hope your moving experience is better than mine.

First of all my reservation 24123289 was changed WITHOUT MY PERMISSION less than 24 hours before my reservation. When i called, i was told that it was because your corperate level, NOT THE LOCATION, allowed the person the day before me to pick up late, thus extending the return time past when i could get the truck at 8am. Not ONLY did Uhaul corperate completely dismiss my reservation for 8 am on Sunday july 29th, but when offered a mere $50 as a "reservation guarantee" i accepted just to move along with my day, despite the increase of cost for the 3 hour delay that totaled over $250 (3 hours extra of movers, cleaning staff and accommodations for meals since it past the 5 hours originally hired for) BUT AD INSULT TO INJURY ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND STILL NO $50, ALSO despite the fact i recieved an email confirmation of such. Mary Snyder and I have had 3 rentals in the past 6 months that you have CHANGED the reservation on with out permission, notice or compensation. I want the entire amount of my last reservation refunded. NOT CREDITED FOR FUTURE RENTAL, BUT REFUNDED. You have Mary Snyder's card on file from the reservation. This is not only the most HORRIBLE reservation system we have ever used, your follow up and customer care are ZERO.

My initial impression was good. The employee that helped us seemed nice an informative. She did not, however, mention the issue of gas. We drove the vehicle a total of 5 miles and were charged over $50 extra FOR FIVE MILES!!!!!! The vehicle we were given had only 1/4 tank of gas in it. Right on the dash board is a sticker that says "keep it in the green for better efficiency". had the truck been at a reasonable fuel level, our meager 5 mile trip would not have required a trip to the gas station. But because the fuel level was so low to begin with, our MPG was significantly impacted. A $30 service fee to put in 3.5 gallons of gas???? Plus, since when does a distance of 5 miles use 3.5 gallons of gas? We were also charged a "cleaning fee". Well we happened to have to move on a very wet/rainy day. There was no way we could clean short of using a hose to spray out the back. We left the moving blankets unfolded since they were wet not wanting to cause any mold/mildew. Was this information in the contract? Yes, but for someone that has never rented a moving vehicle, it would have been nice to have had this information verbally. Almost felt like a set up to charge us more. So disappointed with all the extra "hidden" fees, we would never use this location again.

Make it a little more obvious what the name of the pickup location business is (Self Storage). Both myself and another guy didn't figure out right away which Suite/store/facility to go into exactly. Other than that it was good!
