Perfect customer service

M MThe passenger seat was covered in spots of sticky juice and the juice container was sitting on the seat when I went to get in. I had to sit on the owners manual so it wouldn't be on my pants

My only negative experience was being disappointed I had to go to another U-Haul location 35 miles away to pickup the moving blankets I needed. However, I did appreciate the pickup location staff making the arrangements to have the blankets ready to collect at the secondary location.
