The store was supposed to open at 7, according to the U-Haul website and the sign on the door. We were scheduled to pick the truck up at 8:00. When we got to the store a little early, the lights were off and the doors were locked with no one inside. At 8:20, the guy finally showed up. When we walked in and told him that we were supposed to pick up the truck at 8, he said “okay,” and continued turning on all of his machines throughout the store before taking care of us. We have rented from UHaul many times. I know the routine - they check my ID, take my credit card, and we walk outside to inspect the truck. He did nothing more than take my credit card. Didn’t check my ID, didn’t check the fuel level or mileage, and didn’t check for damage to the truck. He just handed me the key. When I asked him if we were going to inspect the truck and check the fuel level, he just said no. When my husband and I walked to the truck to check the fuel level and mileage, the man ran out of his store, yelling that we needed to take our vehicle. I explained to him that we were making sure everything was ok with the truck, and he continued to tell us that we needed to move our car. He never even acknowledged that he was late, let alone offer an apology for the inconvenience. It was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never EVER rent from that location again, nor would I recommend anyone use this location. EVER.

I went to pick up the truck and the interior was kind of dirty, he did not check the truck to start with like I’ve experinced before. Just handed me the keys and that’s it. when I went to return it the guy working refused to check the truck and give me my final receipt with what I actually owe and return any money that needed to be refunded to me. He simply said his coworker would do it later , and told me to leave . I still haven’t received my final receipt. I’d like to be contacted.

Make the pickup easier and less stressful. I wasn't sure which truck I was supposed to get and the person who gave me the contract came out with keys to multiple trucks and I was given the first one where the keys fit. Found out later it wasn't the truck on the contract.

Easy pick-up and when I dropped it off, the gentleman met me at the truck while I was parking. Checked me out right there. Definitely, would use them again.

1. The business could not find my reservation despite my having performed the earlybird express. 2. Their computer was "slow." 3. It took 40 minutes to get the truck with the earlybird express. 4. The truck was not cleaned out from the last use. It still had a christmas ornament on the floor and a lot of debris, bobby pins, hairs clips, etc. 5. They did not give me the dolly I had rented.



Currently disputing incorrect amount taken out of my account. Truck was returned prior to deadline. Employee accepted keys, did not provide new receipt, instead just said call store in 1 hour to get finalized amount. When I did the number on the contract was a fax machine. Yhey did not process the return until 30 minutes after the truck was returned, which generated a charge an additional day with no credit for the miles that were not used. His license to retail uhaul should be revoked. Moving is stressful enough as is than to have to worry about shady business.

I simply tried to return the truck at the designated location and the idiot behind the counter stated that there was no space for him to take the truck back and that I had to drive it to their main hub. The gentleman who was running the emissions was nice enough to take the key since there were 18 OPEN parking spots in a gas station. We found out that the Indian gentleman simply did not know the system and did not want to have to deal with it. And his brother owns the store. They have been asked to get rid of it more than once but have refused.
