The manager was very disrespectful. When we came in, we forgot to bring masks with us and when he saw us he said we needed to put masks on. I asked him if they had any and he said â€œyou don't have any of your ownâ€ and I said â€œno, usually when we go to places and they tell us to put masks on they provide us with masksâ€ and he said â€œwell when you put on a shirt and pants no one tells you to put it on it's like thatâ€ and I told him that isn't a comparison to make and that that was unnecessary and he said that it was. A while later I stepped out and had my friends come in to talk to him for the reservation we wanted to make and shortly after since the payment was being made on my behalf, he said I needed to be in there. Obviously frustrated from how he spoke to us earlier, it was clear to him that I was upset and when I was talking to them, as I was getting ready to leave once he saw my ID, my cars and verified it was me, I was preparing to leave and he said â€œIs there a problem? Do we have a problem? I'm trying to get you to sign some very important documentsâ€ then shook his head and was basically typing with anger. I said â€œwell in here to sign stuff aren't Iâ€ and we went forward from there. In the beginning after the conversation, I stepped out then came back in to talk to the other gentleman that was there and asked if he or anyone else can help us and he told me that the other guy was the only one who knew what to do for that so I ended up asking for his name instead. Shortly after he gives me his name saying that it was â€œNickâ€ and come to find out, he's the general manager since his name was written out on the store itself. To be honest, the whole conversation in the beginning was very unnecessary and not professional. If they didn't have masks for customers in there all he had to do was politely remind us that masks are required and that they don't have any and we would have found a better alternative to make sure his requirements are met in order for us to be served. Other than that, as a manager I think he should have known way better than that.

Showed up to get my truck for an out of state move; made the reservation 6 weeks prior; the store didn't have the truck I reserved as it hadn't been returned by previous renter. I basically got a â€œyou're outta luckâ€ response. They had no solution for me other than finding another truck about 25 miles away- even though there were no less than 10 trucks parked on the lot. I had to figure out a solution for them... Customer service is not a thing here. Never again, too many other rental companies that will honor a reservation, don't waist your time with UHaul.
I filled the gas back to the level it was when i picked it up but for some reason they still charged me a $50 gas fee!
After getting gas your 19.95$ rental ended up being almost 100$. 89 cents a mile is crazy. Never again will I rent from you. ????????????????????????????
Engine light was on
I returned my U-Haul on time and was charged an extra day. I was standing in line with 10 other people on Saturday morning in a very small space. I didn't even talk to an employee until one of the associates yelled across the room that if I was returning a trailer I was good to go. Then I saw after I left they charged me for an extra day.
I am super unhappy with the reservation process. I booked the vehicle I wanted online, at the location closest to me. Turns out they didn't have the size rig I needed. Ok with that. I ended up having to rent one in the next town over. Ok with that. I then got an email confirming location and timing. I went on line and checked in. I got a 2nd email (the next day) telling me that the 2nd location would not be able to accommodate my reservation. Getting irritated now. Ok - so at least I have a reservation for the day I need, and the rig I need. I showed up this morning, and no rig. The guy helping me told me that my reservation was at the 2nd location. I showed him the email from Uhaul. He shrugged his shoulders, and then told me he couldn't help me. So I ended up wasting an hour or two driving around to find my rental truck. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE ONLINE RESERVATION? Oh yeah - because the "average wait time" on hold with U-Haul was 20 minutes, and the drive to the 3rd location was about the same, I couldn't get anyone to help. Thank God the 3rd (and final) location (KENMORE) had my 15' truck. If there was an alternate to Uhaul I would have used them
they were really busy this day but the return person was helpful to check my trailer rental in so I didn't have to stand in iine and be on my way quickly.
I was only dropping off my trailer but they had more trucks and trailers than they had room for. Maneuvering on the property was difficult. Ideally they should get a bigger space.
Very busy and under staffed. Parking lot was a mess with trucks blocking the exit. No clear direction on returns. The staff that was there where helpful once you are able to talk with them.
Your online reservation and check in is not very user friendly. I had to call more than once to get my reservation done and check in was the most difficult. The actual pick up and drop off went very well.
my preferred location pick-up was Everett wa and the night before pick up I was informed that I needed to go to Bothell several miles away to pick up the uhaul would of been nice to know earlier about the change so maybe I could have tried a different company that would have covered my request. had to scramble to get transportation / ride to new location (Bothell).
I had a reservation for pads and when I went to pick up the truck, they said they didn't have any.
He wasn't very friendly and told me I needed to figure the app. by myself.
The truck was great but mobile check-in didn't work and the line was long because there was only one employee.

Was told to fill the gas tank. I drove 15 mi. but filled the tank at about 12 or 13 mi. The tank was full with 4 gallons. So the tank was not full at all when I picked up the 10 ft. van. Otherwise, the van got less than 4 miles per gallon, which is hard to believe. For 15 mi. it should be a gallon or so. Not pleased!
Better training for employees....
The store was very busy with at least 12 persons in line but the person on staff efficiently handled the crowd.
I was able To save some time by using the app when picking up. However, the truck I got wasn't very clean and felt unsafe. There was play in the steering, the brakes were fading, and the truck wasn't shifting at times. Overall everything was ok, but the truck was in a bad shape.
