When I turned my truck back in I was supposed to get a emailed receipt and a refund because I only used 47 of the 100 miles I put down still haven't received my receipt or my refund from mileage not used

I am a regular customer for UHaul and have been for more than 20 years. I rent auto transports on a regular basis. I wish Uhaul would have a frequent customer program so that my information would be readily accessible in the computer when I stop in. Honestly, it feels like every visit is my very first one ever. On the pick up date the staff was extremely helpful, however, when I hadn't received a bill but saw the charge in my bank account, I called and the guy who answered was a complete jerk. Very rude!

Personnel at this location, especially Amanda, was exceptional in her customer service skills, knowledge of the process, friendly, and a joy to meet. Would highly recommend this location - easy to get in and out of, easy to find.

Overall good experience but only thing I can see could use improvement is to handle the customer in front of you instead of keeping getting interrupted by phone calls. Poor guys were swamped but overall did a good job. 800 line should help them answer phones/questions.

Our *only* complaint had to do with the tires on the vehicle. We knew what we were getting into with a rear-wheel drive vehicle on local roads, but not only were the tires all-season - they were nearly bald. This is just plain reckless for the Northeast in the winter, and we got stuck twice despite sanded roads. How difficult would it be to provide select vehicles with winter/studded tires, for an extra charge (many car rental agencies do this)? We'd happily pay a bit more for the peace of mind.

The staff at the Keene, NH location do not communicate with each other. Each employee told me something different when booking and confirming my reservation. When my son picked up the truck the manager John was rude and abrupt. I've dealt with other UHaul locations and never had a problem. Would be in the company's best interest to replace the current manager with someone who communicates with staff as well as more personable to customers.

Understaffed, long wait, and generally unfriendly staff. Even the manager Jeff is abrasive and unhelpful. I walked in at a time where there were 3 people behind the desk, but only one was helping all the customers. One appeared to be a new employee (but did not say so, only said he couldn't help me) and the other was the manager Jeff who did not acknowledge my presence nor the fact that I was waiting before he left the store to go home. I get that everyone wants to go home at the end of their shifts, but it doesn't look great to employees or customers to see the manager leave in the middle of a busy time without saying so much as "someone will be right with you, thanks for your patience". Some pleasantries and a little customer service go a very long way. The one woman working there who I encountered on a different visit is the exception, she was very helpful and has great customer service skills.

Jeff the manager was rude arrogant and ocerall extremly difficult to deal with. Had there been ANY other truck available in a 50 mile radius would NOT have rented from him! Jeff is the rudest petson i have evet met. He clearly thinks being a jerk is his job description!

Upon return I opted not to receive a printed receipt and instead have the receipt emailed to me. That was a mistake, I believed that I was going to receive an emailed receipt which was never emailed. Therefore I don’t know how my actual mileage ended up. The return has clouded my overall experience.
