When I dropped off the trailer, the attendant said I was overcharged by the Kearney location. Also, in the midst of being busy they forgot to included the travel blankets and two wheel dolly. But overall it was a nice experience, very friendly staff and very courteous!!!

The truck had about 5 inches of play in the steering which made it very hard to keep straight going down the road, especially with a full truck, 375 miles of hell. The guy didn't tell me there was a latch to lower the side on the car transport so I could open my door, I had to climb out the window...... . He was nice but not informative.

Inform them ahead of time that U-Haul does not accept checks. Just cash, Debit Card or Credit Card, Will save a lot of frustration. Drop off was not problem.

This rental experience couldn't have gone smoother or been better. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He had all the contract information ready and correct, and I appreciated so much that he helped me hook the trailer to my car - and unhook it when I returned. He is a very nice person and a good employee (I wish I had gotten his name - sorry).

Easy peasy! Pulled in, replenished the gas, and was told we can simply leave the key in it and he'd take care of it.

Trailer needed to be swept out and there was a bag of furniture protection blankets in the trailer that I returned to the rental pickup location.

After confirmation calls with 2 separate representatives regarding the pick-up of and payment for my rental prior to booking, the balance for the rental was still charged to the wrong card upon completion of the reservation. When I returned the truck, the in-person representative placed a call in an attempt to find a solution to the error, and we were told that there was nothing to be done and that it was my problem to fix. I am furious that I not only confirmed the payment method and pick-up arrangement and still was unable to resolve the issue, but that I was also told that there was nothing to be done and that it was on me to find a solution.

The location employee did a very good job and is the only reason I would ever conside using uhaul again. The truck was a piece of garbage. If you get over 6t it would shake your teeth out every bump felt like getting punched in the back. That compiled with the change in location less than 24 hours before pickup tell me that I should use budget rental next time.

Truck had a full ashtray of cigarette ashes I had to empty. Passenger side someone flicked their nose boogers from a previous rental on the dash It was gross. Also found a person's blank check inside the truck. Next time before you rent trucks make sure you spend sometime to detail the interior and sanitize it. Truck needed a new bulb inside the loading area I purchased a replacement. Truck also needs new windshield wipers.

I was lied to about the average MPG it did ALOT worse than what I was told, the truck was horribly loud, and my radio would just randomly quit playing for so long, worse experience ever considering I spent over $1000 on this truck. I will never use U-haul again!!

I believe I should of got part of my money back as I did not have the truck for 24 hours. I was told at the Lincoln location that I would get a credit back. She did not say it was a two day rental.

My online order was a different pick up location who didn't have my order ready. They also blamed me for using online to order and said I should have called. Second location also laughed when I explained my online order mix up. I did not get the size of trailer I ordered. So I did not get all my moving done. I tripled checked my order online with the reference # given. Not a good experience at all.
