Get employees that really do care about their customers. the vehicle was in horrible shape it had no light on the dashboard at night. headlights needed to be cleaned or changed.

After completing the check out procedure online; I went to bring the keys to the employee inside the store. She informed me “this was not a drop off location and that this mistake happens all the time” . She stated I needed to a find a new location And suggested one in a location i was not familiar with or listed on my contract ......I feel this likely occurred bc she was closing for the night. I then called the help line who instructed me leave the truck at this location with the keys under mat and the door unlocked. (No key drop found) Very annoying checkout process in what was anotherwise easy rental experience. I suggest you counsel this location on proper costumer care or revoke their location status as it seems to have occurred in the past based on the employees comments.

Tell the young lady to get up from behind the desk and make sure the milages is matching. When you return the vehicle on a Sunday give instruction where to put the key.

The location itself is pretty good. However I was dissatisfied with U-Haul overall. My truck was due at 6 p.m on Wednesday but they called me and sent an email at 1:28 saying that the truck was late. They deducted $34 from my account for late fees but the truck was not late it was turned in on time. When I took the truck back the lady couldn't close me out because U-Haul had taken me out of the system for whatever reason.
