The van was dirty when I picked it up so when I dropped it off I indicated that it wasn't clean and then was assessed a $25 cleaning fee, which I disputed, but all of that would have been entirely unnecessary if someone had just checked the van before renting it out.

Ordered 10’ truck two weeks in advance. Was given 15’ truck - no 10’ available. Higher, harder to drive across windy plains, and cost me more on fuel. Not cool.

We checked in online to reduce our time at rental. That didn't happen. We were delayed by an hour leaving town, which was critical to our safe/dry travel. Location staff could not find reservation, didn't give us any rental paperwork, shorted us 4 pads (we paid for 24 and got 20), took 45 minutes to do his work there, and the unit had a leak near the front end. There had been ice/sleet that day, so we had a puddle in the bottom by the time we finished loading.

I was deeply disappointed and frustrated by my experience at this location. With my truck, I reserved two furniture dollies earlier in the week. But when I arrived to pick up my rental, I was told no dollies were available. Having to go and find them elsewhere delayed my moving schedule.

During the last two months, I have returned two U-Haul trucks to this location, following one-way trips from Florida to Missouri. This time, I rented a local truck for two days. On each of the three occasions, the staff did everything, and more, that I requested to provide me with excellent service.

Trailer left blinker defective. Staff stated they did not know what they were doing and i had to disconnect and reconnect the trailer myself. Also had to lift off the ground and hitch up.

The staff who helped us check out was very quick and helpful. It was a freezing morning, they got the truck warmed up and parked in front for our convenience. The key drop box is great! Thank you, will always use U-Haul in the future!

When I got the uhaul they put on the form that it had a forth of a tank-when I got in the truck it didn’t have a full forth of a tank it was below a fourth and I had to put $10 of gas in prior to returning so that I would not get charged the $30 fill up fee because on the paper they issued to me it said a fourth of a tank. My moving trip was between 8-13 miles round trip and that includes pick up and drop off. So I would suggest being accurate on the gas that is actually in the trucks so that customers aren’t being charged for gas they didn’t use. I would have mentioned it prior to signing the gas page but he did not walk me to the truck at all other than half way to show me where it was and this was after I signed all paper work. The gentleman was very kind and it is not his fault but in general it would be nice to know that next time I rent a uhaul if I had to go further I would not immediately have to put gas in.

the location was fine. The customer service I got when I called the scheduling line was horrible. I was upset b/c you changed my location. 1. Had I not double checked the email in detail, I might have missed that you changed the pick up location (the subject should be something like "CHANGE TO REQUEST") 2. This caused me more mileage. I was not offered ANYTHING in return for this. Not 2 miles off, not a $2 discount, NOTHING. And the woman I sopke with couldn't even acknowledge why I was upset! I would NOT recomment UHAUL at ALL but it wasn't the fault of the location. They are just contractors.

Explain better about Uhaul taking so much money out before they get the right amount. There should only be a one time debit, not three thus typing up MY money for three days!

Was told by I wouldn’t be charged until I returned van. Stated that when I returned it I would like to pay cash. I was charged when I picked it up and owed .63 more when I dropped it off. When I asked could I just pay cash I was told no. A coworker of mine was there returning a similar van and was not charged until she returned her van and was allowed to pay cash! Racism at its finest!

Keep doing what you are doing. The truck and trailer were in great condition. All went very well. From reserving the truck and trailer to driving to our destination and dropping off the rentals all was a good learning experience. I'm ready for my next u-haul rental next month.

The app didn't work so an on-site attendant gave me the keys. 45 minutes later a rep from Uhaul called and said I didn't have a contract. because of an invalid driver's license which was untrue. I was told to turn around and take it back. Fortunately a regional manager called and was able to help me over the phone. DO NOT BLAME, INCONVENIENCE AND TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRIMINALS WHEN YOUR APP DOESN'T WORK! The location and the on-site service was great and I will use it again when needed. However, I will never again use your app.
