Well still waiting on the bill being changed to remove the appliance dolly that was not used. I did you the utility dolly and since it was just the weekend will wait this week for this matter to be resolved. I was not able to edit it when I had to sign the bill. Truck had 67,000 miles. Halfway to Madison, WI from KC Mo., every time we slowed down and the engine tried to drop to a lower gear, with or without using the brakes to assist, the transmission started slipping and the truck tried to go into neutral gear. Very, very loud and scary. Also the suspension was shot so it was an extra bumpy ride. The truck was filled with moving items, but only two pieces of furniture so not over heavy. I was extremely frustrated with this location. My pick up time was 7:30. Through the process of retrieving my keys it was next to impossible to figure out on my own what was going on. Once I was able to retrieve my keys the U-Haul attendant put the WRONG keys in the box. I was unable to start my Uhual. My pick up time was at 7:30 and I didn't leave the lot until 8:30. Loosing almost an HOUR of moving time. The uhual attendant did not apologize for the mix up and was next to NO help. I had zero idea that I need to return my uhual through checkout via the app. It would be helpful if there was a step by step of what is expected. You shouldn't deny renting to a customer when the customer uses a 2nd contact and you have an issue with the 2nd contact. The original customer had nothing to due with what went on between uhaul and the 2nd contact. I had to switch to a deferent 2nd contact to be able to rent.John S.

Person was extremely rude and unhelpful. I brought a empty trailer back with me expecting to be compensated $50. I get to the drop off location and they say they can't take the trailer. Uhaul get your shit together, you're so unorganized and lack communication. Won't be using any uhaul services from now on.Devin A.

Have at least 2 attending office. There was nobody there. I finally saw a sign on the door to call a #. Attendant was at bank. The lady I spoke with on phone was plesant. She said personell was banking... I saw a drop box & asked to leave them there. Good enough...joanne N.
Total time in reserving truck 45 min, two different order reservations with amounts of 151.02 and 196. On pick up day return time completely different than requested and 499.08 price. Called customer service who said 499.08 was correct. This is a HUGE discrepency to try to resolve on moving day.James M.

the online check out process worked almost perfectly. when i got to the point of getting the code to get the key out of the lock box, the system had an error and i had to call in and wait on hold to speak with someone.Jason F.
It took over 2 and a half hours to pick up the truck rental. We were NOT told that we had to be there within an hour of the reservation time. Tried to have customer service reset it, had to end up doing a Live Chat to fix it. Terrible experience. I do not reccomend the online service.Lea S.
It would be great to have the equipment checked and payment processed upon return rather than being told it will happen later. As it turned out, we got charged for something we didn't use (moving pads). In the end, we were refunded this without question, but it took a further - and unnecessary - 10-15 minutes of telephone calls). Aside from that, the staff were very friendly.Timothy C.
