I've been changed 3 times for the same amount of money. The place is not Uhaul office and the agent was not very cooperated.

The location was incredibly dirty and disorganized and did not have any accessories. I explicitly denied all insurance when I reserved the unit online and was not asked about it when I checked out. I see in my contract that I am now charged for it. The equipment was ok, but the rubber trim on the inside was falling out and the person helping me saw it and did not even bother to push it back in.

You can let them drop off the truck close to where they are moving to. I had to take the truck all the way back to where I rented it. There was a much closer location I could have taken it to

Employees at this location were NOT one bit helpful or professional, by any means. Seemed to not be able to help me at all because I accidentally clicked the self check-in when making my reservation online. Made it seem as though they could do nothing about it because I was "self-check in". Charged me for insurance when I declined. Overall a very poor experience

The gentleman that handled my service, im assuming the owner of the business and the shop attached was the rudest person ive ever done business with. Especially on the phone, he was very confrontational in his tone and what he said. He hung up on me the second time after i had asked if i left my laptop in the cab of the truck after i turned it in. He came off as such an absolute douchebag, i was worried he would have the nerve to take it and tell me it wasnt there. He didnt, but that was my thought after meeting him. Im not writing this to try and get the 59 additional dollars he charged me back, 25 for a cleaning fee.... it was absolutely cleaner then when i got it, i made sure to sweep it out. No, im writing this because this guy doesn't deserve business from other citizens of Kansas city.

Truck broke down and rental place was aware this truck shouldnt have been running and re-rented out again per uhaul customer service. They still charged me and i had to pay moving company additional 225.00 due to extended time behind this break down request refund from u haul no response yet but they still have 48hrs to do so. Either way the location does very poor service in addition to that.

It is a bad part of town, there was no door that was visible. I actually called UHAUL stating that no one was around to get the UHaul when he popped his head out of a hole in the building! I got insurance because I was hauling my 91year old Grandmother's furniture that was HER grandparent's...my grandma just died 3 weeks ago so I wanted to make sure things were ok. As I was pulling into my home town, I see this on my insurance receipt: "Corner Cap is torn with a temporary aluminum tape repair. Customer accepts the risk of water damage" HE NEVER STATED THIS AT ALL! I would have never gotten this knowing I was going to be driving in freezing rain and snow! Plus, I paid over $250 and the receipt he gave me is for a nate Stevens in KCMO for $16.13. Since I don't know EXACTLY what I paid for, I'm thinking I was overcharged for something! I'm not happy at all with this experience and I will never be using UHaul again. I'm just thankful we made it home in the blizzard and all of my GREAT GREAT Grandparent's furniture is unharmed!! Not cool at all!

when I got there it was dirty. The computer system did not work. I had a trip plan for three days he ran my card for 5. My account was over charged. I could not find the key drop off box. My checking account couldn't be used for 5 day. this place need to be fix. I will never go her again.
