check out process was very tedious, worst experience i have ever had, With reservation I requested a dolly, I got all the way to where I was going to find out that there was not one, called was directed to 2 uhaul locations to pick up one and both of those places were closed, had to go to a 3rd location far away for pick up and used over 25 miles and was given no consideration for that, was charged way too much. I already have a reservation for Saturday and I am thinking about cancelling that. Will not ever use Uhaul againdeborah D.

Customer service was poor. He had an attitude when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off. Never gave me a receipt/contract. He said someone stole his dolly and that he wasn't going to charge me for it. He ended up charging me for a dolly, furniture pads, and insurance, and I didn't purchase any of those.Lucas M.

This location should not be a UHAUL affiliate. It is in a questionable neighborhood. As a woman, I would not feel safe going alone. I had reserved a truck, dolly and pads. They only had the truck which was dirty and almost out of gas. I didn't get a picture of the dirty truck because I just wanted to get out of the neighborhood. My reservation was for 9am. I arrived on time but the clerk working was unable to help me. I had to wait until 9:30 for the clerk to arrive. I then had to travel to the location I had originally requested to get the other supplies. They was very busy so we waited in line there. The location I picked up the other items from was very accommodating and apologetic for my experience at the other location. You need to keep your customers safety in the forefront!!!Janna P.
