Educate user about all mechanical equipment used on the road. Be very clear on every financial transactions with customers. Please, avoid hidden fees with customers.

Maybe clean out any trash left in the cab and air hose it out. Clean windshield between customers. Also the trailor itself needs to be swept out and ready for next customer to load. Make sure people get their $150.00 refund nack as well as myself within 2 days. You take our $ immediately. I overheard customers complaining on phone wanting their refund back and it had been many days and still no refund posting to their account. I; as a customer, would not be very happy if I had to call asking why my $ has not been refunded We are the customer and should not have to call.

The location double billed me and when I called to get it corrected the person on the phone could not even find the contract. I gave them my name , my contract number from their invoice and receipts and they stated they couldn't find any information and that I needed to call corporate

We ended up at Antioch location because Arrowhead on 72nd Street where we had a reservation for 10 and their hours are 9 to 3 was not open and as we were coming in another couple was leaving as they had a reservation as well and dealer was not open. Another older couple had been dropped off to p/u a 26' truck and had no way to get to another dealer so we took them to Antioch with us and the gentleman there was very helpful to us and them. By the way I never received my call the night before to confirm my p/u location. Note: My husband was at a traffic center in Springfield Missouri for several years and we are former Military who rented from U-Haul many many times and never had an experience like this before. I do hope that this dealer is made aware that this reflects poorly on not only them, but U-Haul in general. If you wish to discuss this with me you can reach me on the cell on my contact.

I am very disappointed with this drop off location. I was charged an additional 56.00 for gas when in fact i put 72.00 in right before I dropped it off at the drop off location which was after hours. I received an email with an additional receipt for the charge and I called to inquire and the gentleman that answered the phone was a complete *sshole. When I questioned him about the charge he indicated they don't make mistakes. I think it is ridiculous that he then referred me to call corporate to discuss this issue further. There should be NO reason why I need to call corporate to discuss the charge because it SHOULD NOT have ever happen. I tried to call corporate and was on hold for 25 min. I will never use Uhaul again and will tell my family and friends to not use them because they have your credit card on file and will charge you unnecessary charges. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stop keeping a hold on the deposit money that the customer gets back for up to 3 days. You want your money when a service has been complete, we want our deposit back immediately when the truck is brought back in good condition. Gases up and no accidents give deposit back right then and there. Thank you

Charge one day fee for a one day rental. I was double charged because the location had closed for the day prior to me returning the truck. (11:20 am....and truck was due back at 11:30) I sent complaint to U-Haul 3 weeks ago, and still haven't heard a response.

The only thing I felt off about is when o was done(a short trip) I went to put at gas in the truck and when I tried, it kept jeering the hose off like it was full. I tried again and it stopped the flow of gas again, and again. I was only able to put like 3 gallons in. I was afraid I would break something if it keeps stopping my hose. So I went back to the shop with it. When I got there, the still charged me for 2 more gallons. I said it's not my fault. I TRYED to put gas on it. He said something about there being air in it. But still had to charge me for the gas I COULDN'T PUT IN. there needs to be a way to override something like that.
