My 6x12 trailer had 4 flat tires which was a large inconvenience and when I called the location that I picked it up from the lady was rude and sent me to the site managers voice mail box.

Your service is borderline fraud. I spoke with a representative at the UHAUL location who told me we used 47,5 miles, yet my receipt shows double that. Also, the gas in the UHAUL was slightly below a 1/4 tank which is exactly what I put in when I returned it. Neither I nor anyone in my extended family will EVER again use your company. Hope you enjoy my $207.77.

1) THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME CORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT I WAS TOLD I COULD PAY WITH CASH GAVE MY MONEY AND THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD 2)MY DEBIT CARD GOT CHARGED TWICE FOR THE HOLDING FEE BROUGHT MY CHECKING ACCOUNT INTO OVERDRAFT#BEING LIVID#CUSTOMER SERVICE JUDY DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE NO MATTER WHAT BUSINESS YOU'RE DEALING WITH #NO I DON'T RECOMMEND USING THEM THIS HAPPEN WHEN I USED UHAUL BEFORE A FEW YEARS AGO AND I VOWED NOT TO USE THEM AGAIN BUT THEY WERE MY ONLY OPTION I WILL BE GOING TO REEDS RENTAL NEXT TIME
It was crazy that I had to pay for 2 days of insurance for a 2 hour move.
I don't care for uhauls business methods,there's a uhaul 2 miles from my house yet I have to travel 24 miles round trip at 59 cents a mile too rent from you, also mileage charge is too high . I'll be renting truck from a different company in february. Not impressed with uhaul

Service was very excellent Debbie took very good care of me. My son goes to college in Kankakee and we stored his belongings at Kensington for the summer and i was able to pay the fee every month online. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

The customer service line kept dropping the call. I called 6 times and all 6 times, my call was dropped and left without an answer. I took it upon myself and figured out a solution after an hour and 30 minute of wait time to get an answer from the customer service/ traffic schedule center. Please fix this!!!
Get rid of bad dealers! Especially Glenbard Auto Dealer! They are the worst and have not concept of what customer service is or how to handle a customers needs. They are not honest and do not care that they say one thing and then lie about saying it! Completely Unprofessional Business! Would NEVER recommend them to anyone for rental of a U Haul!
I reserved a rental for.sunday. sept 21 and was.notified my.truck.would.not.be availbe till monday. I had family.and.friends.ready.to help sunday. I had to move.all my.stuff by.myself since.everyone had to work the next day. Was a complete head ache. I will.try.budget.next time
I had requested a 4 wheel furniture dolly that was unavailable, but the rental agent offered use of the truck's dolly and pads which was a good accommodation.

Not knowing if the rental will be available until within 24 hours is very frustrating. We had rented the unit one month in advance and apparently our unit was given to someone else. We drove 525 miles to pickup a truck for a one way haul. The original location told us there was a unit available one hour and 45 minutes away! "Sorry...Too bad" Fortunately, Kensington Storage worked something out and saved our day.
I arrived at this location prior to my 10am appointment to begin the rental. The owners/operators of the location arrived at 10 am and were not prepared to begin the rental process at the established time because they hadn't checked to see if there was a rental that morning so the truck I was to rent had not yet been checked in from the previous rental. I then had to wait while that was done before the rental process with me could begin. If UHaul wants me to commit to a time to start the rental and pick up a truck then I should also expect that UHaul be completely ready for me at that time. I met my commitment to that arrangement but UHaul and this location's operator failed to do so. Just to see if anyone actually reads and cares about these comments please respond to this comment by emailing me at email@example.com.
