Struggled with the online return. For some reason it could not verify that I was there even after I allowed it to see my location on my I-phone. Luckily my dad was with me and I was able to on his android not sure why.

Tell the customer that if you drop the truck off BEFORE they open the customer will be charged an extra $20! Sign on fence said drop keys in box. We will drive the extra 4 miles to the other location where it's manned an hour earlier.
