The lady on the counter entered a differnt drop off location and i was surprised by that at the drop off location !! I WAS charged $22 because of that! Costumers services did not help at all!!

You need new people working there. They made a mistake in payment process and when i told them i didnt hit that button i gpt told i was being rude and the lady kept giving me and my boyfriend an attitude, then i asked if i was okay to step outside while he finished and she raised her voice saying "yoy can just leave!" They made the same mistake again and was rude to my boyfriend about it and glaring at him. I will never go there again. If i hadnt needed tbe uhaul right then i would have completely taken my business elsewhere. I had just lost my grandma which i told them and for them to be rude like that was utterly disgusting. They also never informed us that they woudldnt be working sunday when we had to drop uhaul back off.

Bob was extremely rude. I rented a uhaul yesterday for 2 hours and he did not disclose I would be charged $80 until the uhaul is returned. I rented a uhaul last week from a different location and did not have any problems. The other location charged me the estimated cost then charged me the additional fees for the miles I drove. Today Bob said he refunded money to me of the $80 subtracted my cost, totaling to $44. But the refund has not appeared thru my bank. I need that money and I'm very upset he didn't tell me he was charging me $80. I called uhaul last night and spoke with Kandice. She looked into why he charged me $80 and told me that he overcharged me and to call them to get a refund. She said that uhaul does not overcharge like he did and what he did is unlike uhaul. I filed an escalation with her to have a manager speak to me about this experience. I would NEVER recommend this location!

The staff, especially Bob was very helpful. I gave an average rating due to the after hours return lot. It was a nightmare to deal with. I wouldn't come back solely for this reason. It's too small and overcrowded. An accident between drivers is a matter of when not if. An expansion of the parking area must happen.

There was only one person and was busy. He was rude and got an attitude because he had to help me unhook the trailer. Didn't seem to be happy that it came from Florida when he asked. I Had paperwork that it was coming to his location.

I reserved my Uhaul for 4pm. Unfortunately, moving is not only stressful but also a very time-consuming process, so I arrived at 4:30 to pick up my trailer. I had reserved my Uhaul online and was given no indication that this location closes at 4:30. There were still two employees inside, as they had obviously just locked the door. They saw my friend and I standing outside knocking and were initially not going to let us in, despite us yelling through the door "We have a reservation!" Fortunately the gentleman inside did end up letting us in to pick up the trailer, but I definitely did not feel like a valued customer. Additionally I would have appreciated knowing that this location closes exactly at 4:30. Customers should be given an hour or at least a half-hour leeway for this particular service, as most people are renting to move and likely are unable to re-schedule if they are unable to make it to a pickup location at the exact time. If a location closes at 4:30 the latest pickup time should only be allowed for 3:00. If a customer chooses a 4:00 pickup time, the location should be open until at least 5:00. Moving is a stressful situation, renting a service to assist with the process should help alleviate the stress instead of adding to it.
