The fuel gauge in the truck wasn’t working properly and I called them 2 times to discuss leaving detailed messages with the answering service both times. No call for 3 days. Still waiting . I put $60.00 in fuel which was twice as much as I used

Truck was filthy. Put more gas in than needed. Have pictures to prove. Saw on receipt a charge for gas. I called in and they said I would have to call and report and file paperwork to get charge taken off. How many people do they do this to that never call and dispute bill??? Not happy! They even circled and documented where gas needle was and I filled it past that point and they are saying I’m wrong! Bogus charge!

All was good, except there was no dollie or "blankets" provided in the truck. When they showed us the size of the truck, the truck they showed us did have the dollie, moving blankets and all those supplies. HUGE disappointment and inconvienence when we showed up to our house and none of those supplies were there. Not sure if there's some kind of reimbursment or credit that can be issued for this. Checked in with the Self Check In app, which worked well. Recommend that more direction is provided at the time of the rental regarding the App and procedures for returning equipment when a facility is closed. That would save a lot of time and reinforce the power of your App.

This particular 5x8 U-Haul trailer had holes in the floor-board and was older. That said, it functioned just fine for a local move. I would not have used it for a long-distance move.

Vehicle was filthy dirty outside & inside. Check-out of vehicle was somewhat smooth, though return of vehicle was a NIGHTMARE! Customer Service Overall NEEDS MUCH HELP, as there is NONE!! Passed UHaul employee leaving @ 12:50 as we approached building to return vehicle. Attempted to return vehicle 1 day earlier than needed @ 12:50pm and location was CLOSED. Called UHaul phone# of location and was routed to Jupiter Self Storage & spoke with Alfred to advise we needed to return vehicle & NO ONE was present. He took our information & time of return and said he emailed the UHaul representative letting them know what time (12:50pm) we returned the vehicle on 12/27 & told me to leave key in drop box & he would have the representative call us with the reduced pricing & confirmation of the same. As of 3pm 12/27 No One had called us & I called UHaul again, only to speak with Alfred again the as UHaul Rep. was still not answering phones. I called back again at 3:15pm 12/27 & spoke with Javon who said he DID NOT Receive Any of my messages - which I found Very Hard to Believe. I asked Javon to confirm the total price charged to me & he said he DID NOT have a computer & would call me back shortly. NO CALL EVER CAME!! To make matters WORSE, I was OVERCHARGED an additional day - as Javon refused to acknowledge any of my messages or listen to Anything I had to say to him on the phone. He was Very Unprofessional & I found this Totally Unacceptable. I had to call back the next day to speak with Mimi, asst. manager & explained of the TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONALISM AND/OR ANYTYPE of CONCERN from the Customer regarding Javon and I need to get my money returned as I was overcharged - all due to Javon's total lack of customer concern or cares. I explained to Mimi I was at the UHaul attempting to return vehicle on 12/27 @ 12:50pm people were attempting to rent a UHaul & facility was CLOSED - I suggested they use a Different UHaul Carrier in town as they were Always Open DURING Business Hours. Then someone attempted to make a delivery while I was there, and they left Facility due to it being CLOSED. This was our 1st time using UHaul and Most Likely the LAST. Apparently the facility does not employ enough people to operate the business at all times during business hours - thus the customer has to bear the brunt our their shortfalls. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO & OPERATE A BUSINESS!! UHauls Lack of Employees & Issues Are NOT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!!!!

1. Check the trucks for damage; I took approximately 20-40 pictures of exterior damage that was not labeled with an “x” sticker. 2. Provide better parking; the lot was so full, there was less than 2” of clearance between the mirrors of the trucks on either side of the truck I was picking up. The truck didn’t even have a full parking space to itself; granted, it was a last minute rental. So, alternatively, don’t allow self-pickup if the truck won’t have time to be moved to an accessible location.

Just leaving your facility after having the police called by your employee Mimi. Mimi, after inspecting the vehicle informed me the truck was fine but the gas was low. We picked it up with 1/4 tank and returned it actually with the needle a bit higher than when we picked it up. I took a photo but unable to attach it here. We did email this information and the photo to the email address on the card we have for Kevin Baker the manager of this facility. I told her that was fine I would just have my attorney deal with it. She then sat there refusing to provide a final statement so I filmed her and she decided to go to the back room and call the police. Anyway the police showed and had her print my bill which contains a $30 charge for gas which is in disputed. Please provide me a credit statement within 48 hours to this email address or I will handle through other channels. Many thanks.......
