Was closed on Saturday even though I arrived 2 drop off 3 hours before closing time. I called 3 times on Monday to verify I had returned equipment, no answer, left voicemail, no returned call. Received email a week later from uhaul that I had not returned equipment.

I dropped off my trailer when I was scheduled to nobody was there but luckily I took pics of the location and the trailer where I left it. That was the only thing that keep them from saying I didn't return the trailer
Kenny H.Very limited hours and if you need help or have an issue with the app to return, customer service is a 20 minute wait on the phone. We went at 3p and the location is only open 10a - 1:30p. Had to go back the next day.
